Wow! It's not often I'm the first to post.😀

I'm shamelessly copying @bubbs today. I'm having a JP with tuna mayo for lunch and toad in the hole for dinner. I haven't made toad in the hole for years so I plan to just make up the Yorkshire pudding recipe (25g flour/4 syns shared) and hope for the best. 🤔

Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, scrambled eggs (P)
L- JP (F), tuna (P), salad (S)
D- toad in the hole, mash (F), cauli, broccoli, cabbages (S)
Syns- LTL mayo 1, Aldi sausages 1, toad batter 2

Morning all, went to WI this morning and it was 0.5lb on so at least I lost most of what I put on whilst on holiday but it was a bit odd on the scales because originally it showed 2.5lb lighter before jumping up making me 0.5lb on so who know what it should have been!  If it was 2.5lb light then I should have a good loss next week!

I always use 50g flour when I make toad in the hole @maman so we have a decent about of batter and at the end of the day it's only a couple of extra syns!

Today's plan:

B - mushroom omelette - P; S
L - tuna mayo and cucumber sandwich - HEB; P; S; 0.5
D -avocado, prawns; hunters chicken, mash, green beans, peas - HEA2; P; S; F

Will have a couple of alcohol free G&T this evening.

HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - mozarella
HEB - bread
Syns - LTL mayo 1 (half lunch; half starter tonight); 50g avocado 5; alcohol free gin 0.5

I seem to get plenty of Yorkshires (12 in a patty tin) from the 25g so I'll experiment and up it next time if necessary. It could be because my eggs are large or because I'm using up SR flour as I noticed one recipe that said add baking powder. I'm going to put some quartered red onions in the dish too. 🤔

I've never had any success with SR flour.  I use an 8" square tin to do toad in the hole so perhaps that's why 50g of flour is better, I don't know!  Egg size varies depending on where I buy them!  Sometimes I buy medium, sometimes large or sometimes I just go for the mixed sized ones which seem to be mainly medium!

I also used 50g flour but 4 eggs as i use 2 eggs with 25g.

Today i have had
2 boiled eggs

I then made some cheese and chive waffles, made a sandwich with watercress and ham, cherry toms

fajita for tea and salad 

No syns today 😏

Toad in the hole went down well. Just enough (no LOs ☹️) for the two of us as DH, unusually, had seconds. I'll definitely make it again. Good to have another dish on the menu as a change.

Not sure who uses FB here, but do you ever look on the SW pages and think, some people eat a load ot yucky looking !!!!!!? 🤣🤣🤣 some of the stuff posted i wouldn't give to a bloody dog!
