    Evening everyone
Not much to report here. Bit cross today as a concert tour I was very much looking forward to in September has now been rescheduled to December. I can no longer go to two of the dates so I’ve had to get my money back. And some things I ordered from Matalan came today- two of them will have to go back, the jeggings are okay, the blouse is massive on the top but tight on the bottom! Can’t win!

Back to 10 syns a day as I was naughty over the weekend.
B: HEXB Linzi’s granola, FF natural Greek yoghurt and blueberries
Snack: Coffee with HEXA and HiFi (3)
    L: Mackerel, rice (2) veg
D- Sausage (1.5) egg and chips with fried onions, pickles and veg.
    S: Popchips (3.5)
    Syns: 10

    Night all xx

Morning all.  Well done on the loss @annabanana82 and thanks for the heads up on the veg prices @bubbs will have to make a trip on Saturday to a supermarket.

Managed a workout and a 5k walk yesterday after work and will try for the same again today.  Breakfast was some homemade hash browns with a fried egg and mushrooms for breakfast, lunch is vegetable pancakes (like a hash brown but with mixed veg) and then dinner is a fish pie with tenderstem broccoli.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Morning all, shopping done and now have some fruit - I've really missed the fruit as ran out on Saturday so not had any for a couple of days!

Well done @annabanana82 on your loss and 2st award and well done for your daughter on her loss.  Good luck in getting to the next number down soon!

Glad you're able to get back to the exercising @ruby_eskimo; well done on the workout and a walk yesterday.

    Today's plan:

    B - kedgeree - P; S; F
L - scrambled eggs on toast; followed by some fruit (not sure what yet!)
    D - Fakeaway KFC, chips, corn on the cob & beans - P; F; 3

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - 100g frozen chips 3; couple of 0% alcohol G&T probably 0.5

WI for me tomorrow and hoping I've at least lost what I gained whilst on holiday!  I've had a good week since we got back so it should have gone.

    Have a good day everyone.

  • Bubbs, whatever your dad is on is contagious. My mum was the best she has been since she was diagnosed when I was at home this weekend, her hair is growing back, so she feels better on the strength of that anyway, but she was certainly much more mobile and actually went out for lunch yesterday, well, sausage & chips anyway, but it was a change of scene. My aunt took her to cheer her up a bit as I flew back yesterday morning.

I weighed when I go back, up 1 1/2lb, but I am not going to stress over that as SW goes out the window when I am at home, as long it is something she will eat, I will have as well, and her eating is more important, it was also my birthday, so had to have a treat! Got straight back on plan for dinner last night, so hopefully will reverse the gain. We only have weigh and go this week as our venue isn't available so we have been allowed access to another venue close by, but that will only be for 1 1/4 hours.

    Hope all well here.

Well done @Gettingtherequickly  on getting weighed on return from holiday.  1.5lb on is really good for a holiday.  I've given myself a week to lose what I put on so it will be back to WI tomorrow morning.

Sorry to hear that @bubbs about your dad.  Do hope he remains well in himself, even though he has continued to lose weight.  Hopefully that will settle down with regular eating proper food.

Enjoy your toad in the hole - I certainly enjoyed the one we had recently!
