Bubbs I have no idea why the gain, especially yours though, as you’re so focused and your food is always 100% on plan.I’ve tried all different combinations - changing up menus, dropping /using HEXB, HEXAs, various syn quantities, SP days/weeks, food diaries - you name it I’ve tried it! The main reason I keep with SW is this is the way I eat which is maybe the problem, maybe I need to shake up my metabolism??
Im 5’ 6.5”, 12 st 2lbs and wear size 12 comfortably. If my BMI was lower I’d call target even though I’ve always had ten and half stone in my head as ideal weight. Although I’d like to be lighter I don’t know if I’d want to drop any more sizes as I get older. Think there’s a fine line there!2 -

I was told by a Bupa doctor at a similar height and weight that it was about right for my body structure... I can only dream of that weight right now @JELLYBABY_2

That's kind of what I was saying though - it depends on your individual body type and bone structure. I know people who weight 7 stone less than me but because they are out of proportion to me they look as over-weight as I do if that makes sense...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Hiya
I’ve lost the plot a bit today so not posting my food 🙈I think I was too harsh on myself. Line has been firmly drawn though, back on it tomorrow.I went over to Milton Keynes to do some shopping. I wanted some clothes for work, as I’m going back to the office the week after next. I have some suitable things but not too many.I got a couple of tops from Yours (size 16! Dear me) to go with some leggings I got from Primark. I also got a couple of t-shirts from there, they’re men’s but I really like them.I also bought a couple of candle jars from Yankee Candles, some foaming shower stuff from Rituals and some undies, pjs and leggings from Victoria’s Secret and Bravissimo (I wish I had never found that shop- I’ve now bought four new bras and they’re not cheap!) On the upside though it’s nice to have some undies that actually fit me now 😂
I have to laugh though. I wore my new River Island jeans and I was constantly hiking them up. OH remarked that since I’ve lost weight I’ve got no bum 😂(same happened last time) so I’ve realised the reason I couldn’t keep my jeans up- they’re bum sculpt jeans and I’ve got nothing to sculpt 😂😂I even tried the 16 on in the same jeans and I managed to get them on and fastened but the 18 was a bit more comfy.Night all xx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.202
