I lost 2.5lbs this morning - asked her to weigh again as I didn’t believe it!! 😂

Well done on the loss @Coxy11 and your STS @bubbs, better than a gain but I get your frustration.

Did the shop with the parents but Aldi had very little on the shelves with lots of late deliveries. We went to Lidl instead which upset the routine 🤣🤣

I’m having a huge chicken salad for dinner and DS is out with a ‘just a friend’ 😉 so peace perfect peace to read my book with a vino or two.

    Well done @Jellybaby and @Coxy11. It's great to have a loss. 👏👏👏

Are you going to try the gnocchi recipe @Coxy11

I'm sure you're not happy with STS @bubbs. When I need to lose I look at cutting down on syns to be 100 % sure I'm not going over. I think your problem might be that you don't have enough. What about trying a picky tea next week to try and shake things up. 🤔

I've batch cooked Bolognese today for the freezer.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast,  bacon, fried egg  (P),  baked beans (F),  HEA milk for drinks
L- JP (F),   cottage cheese,  ham (P),  salad bits and pickles (S)
    D- sweet and sour chicken (P,  S),  noodles (F)
    Syns -  Ben's sauce 1.5, weekend wine 😊

Well done Jelly - Bubbs what a bummer - have thought of a walk after you eat.  DH swears by it...me I just want to chill and watch telly...just thought last Van Der Valk tonight......glad your Mum is looking at help.

Yesterday I had a Chinese takeaway we were out most of day and decided to get one...I had beef and mushroom bolied rice which I kind of counted as 8 and 2 wines total 20 - can't even look at the number without shivering.  Still prior to this was on plan as am today.  In my endeavour to use less elecy I have a new crock pot which I have a whole chicken in, my late parents used one a lot and I always found it stewed whole chicken - but looked on line at ways to cook and hopefully won't create too much moisture.

B 1 wbix plums rasp and blues FF greek yog
L  1 slice wm bread smoked salmon scrambled egg
D  Chicken dinner pots curly kale broc carrots

HEA Milk  HEB Bread and weetbix x 1 each
Syn 1.5 LF butter 2 syns instant gravy.

P.S gnocchi recipe - is this on SW site Denise

Have a lovely Sunday...sun shining here

Don't worry about the extra syns yesterday @Vegastare. You'll be able to claw them back easily by Thursday.

@joedenise often does a chicken in the SC. I've been watching the electric too. Apparently we used almost a £1 between midnight and 7.00am. ☹️ That's crazy but probably included a standing charge as can't think what else other than freezers,  fridge etc. 🤔

I meant why not try a picky tea next week @bubbs just so you can enjoy some more syns. 🤔

    I'm sure you'll enjoy your roast. 😋

I portioned up the Bolognese for the freezer and kept some out for my lunch.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast,  fried eggs,  bacon (P)
    L- JP(F),  Bolognese (P,  S),  pickles and salad bits (S)
D- beef in 'red wine'  (P,  S),  roast potatoes (F),  many vegetables (S)
    Syns -  cornflour 1, weekend wine 😊
