Oops thought you were talking about spaghetti as that's what you said at the beginning!  LM sausages are definitely not SP - they are only a Free food but if you have them then it is an EE meal so still on plan just not SP.  Everything you eat needs to have the S or P symbol next to it online or in your book.  Haven't got a pack in the freezer to check whether they are 62% Protein but I wouldn't have thought so!  The Aldi knock off ones are only 18.2% Protein and I wouldn't have thought the LM ones are much more.  Check the pack if you've still got it.

This is what she said and this is the ingredients for the sausages
I honestly don’t see why you can’t have them as S&P. The consultant may be going by the strict rules that only the slimming world sausages officially have the S&P stamp, but I’d still use Aldi skinny sausages or heck sausages and other would say that’s not S&P. They are literally made of Soya Protein and flavouring so, in my humble opinion I will continue to use them on S&P. Always happy to be challenged or re-educated though x

Is that from the LM sausages?  If so then yes they are much higher protein level than the Aldi knock off sausages.  No idea about the Aldi skinny sausages as never had them!  I think the Heck sausages have a high percentage of meat so even though SW doesn't list them as P they must be up there with their own sausages (which quite frankly are horrible!).

Very strange that the ingredients list says 62% protein but the nutrition list says 16.5 per 100g which would be 16.5%.🤔

No matter though as it's still a SW friendly meal. 😁

    Maman !!!!!! knows 🤣🤣🤣

Did i tell you mum got the all clear? Just a bit of fluid on her lungs, bloods, BP and heart spot on
Knee, she is opting for injections for now as can't cope with a new knee but she knows it will be worse in winter :(
Does not solve the problem with her feet but they are hoping the water tablets help.

I am taking them shopping tomorrow, she thought she was being clever buying a rechargeable USB fan, but can't  seem to charge it 🙄😂 so that's the first thing to look at🤣

Glad your mum got the all clear.  The trouble with water tablets is you always need to be fairly close to a loo and that's not always easy!

Hope you can sort out her rechargeable USB fan.  If she has only recently bought it and you can't sort it then it will be worth returning it for a refund - looks like the weather's beginning to cool down now so probably not needed!

Hi all. Just an update, I maintained this week. 😭

our usual consultant was off sick, so we had a relief one and she did say she was quite new but oh my god what a waste of time that was! No help whatsoever and just a case of “what would you like for next week” and that was it.

I am very tired at the moment, but will put my thinking cap on and try and change up my meals a bit because I am genuinely getting bored with the same food all the time.

Good night and will speak to you all soon. x
