@Vegastare - the Aldi onion and rosemary sausages are a bit less herby than the Linda Mc ones and only £1.49 and both DH and I prefer them to the LM ones.

Shame about the small gain @joedenise. ☹️ It's such a fine line when we're so close to target. Even my sunglasses made a difference last week. 🤣

I've not heard anyone say 'hot dinner'  since I was a child @bubbs. 😁 It's much cooler here today and we've had some proper rain. Much more comfortable for painting @Coxy11. 

I didn't know that Aldi did a version of LM sausages @joedenise. I must look out for them. Let us know what you think if you try them @Vegastare.

We had torrential rain last night and today just few spots but bloody hell for about 500 yards i followed the road sweeper , had to take my car to be washed it looked like a Dalmatian 😫😫 was all up the doors as well

A full bottle of red wine!  Think it works out at 39 syns these days - when I first started SW it was 30 syns.  It's the main reason I don't drink wine very often these days and stick to spirits!

We're meeting friends this weekend when we go away in the MH and I've already told them I won't be drinking wine!  They are big wine drinkers and usually between the 4 of us we'll get through 5-6 bottles!  I'm not going there this weekend I'm sticking with rum or gin!

I'm going to stick to around 10 syns a day and see if I can shift a lb this week!

It's amazing how the syns mount up so easily with wine @joedenise. Infuriating really. There's no way I could eat the equivalent of chocolate or biscuits. Seems wrong. ☹️

Loving the spotty car @bubbs. We live in an unmade road so car has been covered in dust for weeks. Fortunately my car is grey. 😁

My Nana always said a 'hot dinner'  when she meant a midweek roast type meal with gravy. But all her evening meals were hot,  even salads had potatoes. I'd not heard the term for years. 😊

Hi all. Hope you’re all well. 

Haven’t looked at this thread for a while, but have group tonight and if I don’t lose anything this week, I feel like giving up! 

I lost 0.5lb last week but then maintained the 2 previous weeks. I know it can take a while, but I don’t seem to have recovered after gaining 8.5lb when came back off holiday at the end of May.
