Morning, I'm sure your launch and presentation will go really well @ruby_eskimo. I still have rain here so hope your weather holds and you get away in the MH @joedenise.
Belated congratulations on your anniversary @maman and well done to all the losers and those joining in again. Apologies if I'm missed anyone.
Will need to pop out to the shops at lunch time as I'm needing more fruit and veg. Stayed on plan yesterday but meals got juggled about as I was hungry!
Today's food:
B - soft pitta (HEXB), bacon medallions, mushrooms, tomatoes
L - chicken salad, nectarines and pineapple for afternoon snack
D - steak, chips, mushrooms, onions, peas and sweetcorn
Have a good day all.0 -
🤞🏼 that all goes well for your presentation @ruby_eskimo, then you can relax this evening. 😊
I really like cottage cheese especially on a JP. I always buy plain FF and add chopped spring onions or whatever I fancy with it. A bit like yogurt, there are some syns in all other varieties.
It's really humid here @joedenise and the rain has been so minimal that you could almost count the drops. 🤔
Well done for sticking with it yesterday @Jellybaby. That's the glory of having a plan in that you can move it about to suit your mood/commitments. I always plan at least one HM ready meal into the week's dinners so that if plans change then it can stay in the freezer and everything else shuffles up.
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, bacon, fried egg (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
L- cold meat (P), fried veg and pickled cabbage (F,S)
D- baked salmon (P), new potatoes (F), roast veg and green stuff (S)

The rain has finally arrived and it's quite heavy! Hasn't lasted long though - about 20 minutes but at least the humidity isn't as bad - no longer hot and sweaty. Definitely cooled it down a bit!

More painting last night - on my own as DH didn't get back from Brum until 8pm. It's a tag team this week - so he will start after work and I will join in once home. I should be home for 6.30pm.
Food today:
