Morning all,
Much cooler here this morning and we've had rain hallelujah! Grass is looking better already!
Yay the photos are back whoohoo @bubbs
We ate at almost 9pm last night after finishing the latest stage of painting. My goodness it's like the Forth Bridge. Second coat to do now - will split that up over the next two evenings. We had pork and apple burgers which I made and froze at the weekend. I had two with sweet potato wedges and salad. DH had same but with two brioche buns. There's a single burger left which he can have for lunch.
I'm in the office again today. I've already cooked the sausages for tonight's risotto, so here's hoping we eat a bit earlier.
Food today:
B - banana, will have to buy some S fruit on my way into work....
L - lo chilli, sweet potato wedges - P, S
D - sausage, courgette and pea risotto - 1, S, HEA
HEA - milk
HEB - hi fi bar
Syns - none planned

Morning all, definitely a bit cooler here too @ruby_eskimo. Have done a machine load of washing and it's now out on the line. Just sitting down with a cup of coffee.
WI later and hoping my one bad day (last Friday night) hasn't made too much difference, overall syns are still reasonably low 70s over the week. Will be happy with a STS but suspect it's probably going to be a 0.5lb gain - we shall see later!
Today's plan:
B - mushroom omelette - P; S
L - LO cottage pie - P; S; F
D - mixed bean goulash, rice - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - none planned but may have a couple of crisp breads with some Primula Light for part HEA2
Syns - none planned - saving them as much as possible for the weekend as we're meeting up with friends on Saturday so will definitely include alcohol although I've told them I'm going to be sticking to spirits
Have a good day everyone.
Back from WI and as suspected it was a 0.5lb gain but still within target range so OK with that. Would really like to lose another couple of lbs by the end of the month but we shall see!

Afternoon all
Firstly still undecided about the red onion sausages of LM as they have rosemary in them and really has put me off, however for all you LM sausage fans all Linda M sausages including red onion are £1.50 with club card in Tesco till end August saving £1 a pack, so grab yours or some ones club card and stock up.
Still had no rain here.....if it has it has disappeared by time I open curtains. Doggy is a bit better today....worry sick about him.
Fingers crossed for WI Denise, you make me hungry Bubbs with all those scotch eggs and other goodies.
B porridge and blues with yog GFF
L 2 ryvita with ham and egg with sliced beetroot and toms
D Spag and meatballs with home made sauce with added mushrooms. Fruit
HEA Milk
HEB porridge and ryvita0
