Morning everyone,
Get well soon @beanielou x
Well done on the loss @annabanana82 - enjoy your holiday
So far so good for your DMum @bubbs. I'm missing your photos!
Dinner last night was SW Schezuan pork with noodles - oh it was so nice. I've really enjoyed my dinners this week.
Food today:
B - poached egg, 1 slice WM bread, cherries - P, 1/2 HEB
L - crabsticks, egg bacon and mushroom muffins, salad leaves, tomatoes - P, S
D - SW pork and apple burger, new potatoes, salad leaves, tomatoes - 1
HEA - milk
HEA - mini babybel
1/2 HEB - hi fi bar
Syns - 1
We are at the cinema tonight to see Nope. It's not my usual kind of movie, so hoping it won't be too scary as listed as 'horror'!

Morning all, sorry to hear you've got a bad chest infection @beanielou. Hope you get over it quickly and can then enjoy your birthday celebrations with the family.
I ordered a Too Good To Go bag last night from Morries - need to collect it this evening. Wonder what will be in it this time! Hopefully plenty of fruit. There's always bakery products so they will all end up in the freezer.
Still no idea if we're going to get away - it's not looking good so far! Even if they phone today we won't get the van back until tomorrow as DH has decided to book a game of golf this afternoon! I'm not best pleased about that; if he hadn't done that I wouldn't have bothered with the TGTG bag as we wouldn't be around to collect it if the van is back.
Good news so far for your mum @bubbs.
Today's plan:
B - Welsh rarebit - HEA2; HEB; P; F
L - scotch egg salad - P; S; F
D - LO beef bourguignon, mash, veg - P; S; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - probably a couple of G&Ts or rum and ginger beer
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all. Well done on the losses @Vegastare, @maman (hope you have a good anniversary over the weekend), @annabanana82 (hope you have a lovely holiday) and @joedenise (fingers crossed the right motorhome parts arrive and you can get away for a few days!). Hope you feel better soon @beanielou and good to hear about your mum's ECG @bubbs
Wednesday was a good day - actually managed to get parking as I drove into the hospital, DH's MRI went well AND I got a call from the pharmacy telling me that my prescription I'd been waiting weeks for had actually come in 😁 So no risk of weird side effects from a different med before I go away. Yesterday in work was really busy and today is another busy day - just 11 working days to get through 😏
Been for my walk this morning, followed by usual ff yogurt with blueberries and mango. Lunch will be another tuna salad and then dinner tonight is chicken parmesan with cubed potatoes and peppers and salad. Spending the weekend on holiday prep for DH as he hasn't sorted anything yet, and we're quarantining from Thursday 🙄
