I think I have the wrong bars.
A friend picked them up.
Whip bars with strawberry & chocolate.
Welcome to the thread @nannygladys. Glad you decided to join us. 4lb is a great loss over a short time you've been following SW. As @bubbs said you didn't put the weight on overnight so it won't come off overnight either.1 -

Morning all and hi to @nannygladys - great weight loss and good to see you here
I didn't have the syns I'd planned yesterday - didn't have my hi fi bar as I was so full from my lunch. I cooked some egg, ham and mushroom muffins on Monday night when the oven was on, and had a couple with my crabstick salad lunch. It filled me right up so no bar needed mid-afternoon. The SW chicken fajitas were okay - DS2 wasn't here for dinner as planned so there's some chicken left for today's lunch. I bought the mini tortillas which are 4.5 syns each and had one. Need to find another way of using them up - any ideas please?
Food today:
B - poached egg, WM toast x 1, melon, blueberries - P, 1/2 HEB, S
L - chicken fajita mix, lettuce, tomato, pickles - P, S
D - SW Szechuan pork with noodles - Free
HEA - milk
1/2 HEB - hi fi bar
Syns - S&V Ringos - 3.5

Morning all, another lovely one and another machine load of washing on which I'll hang out on the line shortly.
@Coxy11 - I'd just freeze the rest of the tortillas and fob them off on your DS2! The only recipe I know of which uses wraps (but it is the WW wraps so can be used has HEB) is the PON enchilada lasagne. Might be worth using them for that and then cutting into portions and freezing. You'd need to work out the syns depending on how many portions it makes. I think if you leave it to go cold it will be more solid and easier to cut! It's made in a springform cake tin.
Today's plan:
B - overnight oats - HEB; S; F
L - egg, chips & beans - P; F; 3
D - chilli & rice - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - oats
Syns - frozen chips 3
Have a good day everyone.

@Coxy11 Not sure how small mini tortilla are - but there was that thing about making pasties with a filling (think it was Tesco tinned steak) folding over and sealing with beaten egg.
Well I got weighed today and WL was 3lb....so am happy bunny. Feel like I am in control certainly this weekend as MIL is coming for BQ and I told her yesterday that she must not bake anything - what you bake stays in your house I said, so all good (I hope)
B half tin b beans scrambled egg, raspberries and yog
L Sliced beef open sandwich beetroot and tomato
D poached chicken and salad new pots
HEA Milk HEB bread 1
Syns 3 ceasar salad cream 3 Hifi

That's a brilliant loss @Vegastare. Delighted for you.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Having a barbecue where you are in control is a brilliant idea. You're right to get your MIL on board to support your weightloss by not baking but, in any event, you'll be able to have more than enough SW friendly food to not need any cakes or the like.
As you'll be buying in any sausages, chicken pieces, steaks or whatever than you can be sure to have low syn and skinless chicken. Salads are right on plan as are jacket potatoes. All yummy! You can have a wholemeal bread roll for your HEB if you want. Personally I wouldn't do HM burgers as they can fall apart but Aldi and Sainsbury's (my only regular shops) do low syn burgers if you want those. If you want a cheeseburger you can use a HEA.
I've had a happy morning too. I went to WI and scales wavered then settled on a 1.5lbs loss which left me half a pound outside target range. 😢 I went to sit down and it occurred to me that I still had my sunglasses on my head. That's become a default now whenever I go indoors. I commented as much to WI lady and she said to have another go and why didn't I take my watch and my bracelets off. Result!! 😁 Bang on the top of target range and a 2lbs loss. I'm delighted.
It's our Wedding Anniversary on Saturday and we're eating at our favourite 'special occasion' restaurant so now I can relax and eat what I want. That's only the one meal though and beyond that I'll be sticking to plan whenever I can.
I'm undecided about today's food but will post later.😊0
