Morning all, sorry to hear you've been unwell @Jellybaby and good that you're on the mend  now.

It's WI for me again this morning - where does the week go!  Hoping for a good loss this week (for me that means a lb!) as I've had a good one completely on plan, bar one day when I had 15.5 syns!

Still haven't heard anything from the garage about the motorhome so DH is going to ring them this afternoon when he gets home from golf and hopefully if it isn't already being done they'll get their a*se in gear and get it done so that we can pick it up tomorrow afternoon!  Need to give it a good clean, particularly the fridge because the door has been closed for nearly 2 months it's likely to have grown a fair bit of mould, yuk!

    Today's plan:

    B - mushroom omelette - P; S
    L - LO quiche and salad - P; S
    D - beef bourguignon, mash, cabbage - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
HEB - Skinny Crunch bar (sticky toffee) and Skinny Dream bar (rocky road)
Syns - none planned as yet but no doubt will have something this evening

    Back later after WI.

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all.  Sorry to hear you've not been well @Jellybaby, hope you're up and about soon!  Fingers crossed for weigh in today @joedenise.

Another early morning walk today - was a little foggy but still warm at 5:30 am!  Have to take DH off to the hospital for an MRI this morning, really hoping I can find some parking, took about 30 minutes to find a space last time 😳  Breakfast was yogurt with blueberries again, lunch will be yet another tuna salad and dinner is 3 bean chilli which I need to chuck in the slow cooker in a minute.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Good luck this morning @joedenise! Can I ask about the HEB Skinny bars - are they a particular brand as can't find HEB ones on the app. Would be nice to mix up my hi fi peanut butter bar daily intake lol!

    And good morning everyone else!
Cooler this morning but I know the heat is going to ramp up later. We have DS1s English bulldog pup today and tomorrow, so will need to keep him indoors on his coolie mat.

    Food today:
B - pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, mullerlight yog, puffed wheats - some S, 0.5, HEB
    L - crabsticks, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles - S
    D - SW chicken fajitas, small tortilla wrap - S, 4.5
    HEA - milk
    HEA - mini babybel cheese
    Syns - hi fi bar 3 plus 5 = 8 total

Hope DH gets on okay today @ruby_eskimo and that you manage to park okay - so stressful!

Change of plan for breakfast as DH ate all the pineapple. I cut up a snowball melon instead, so all speed. Snowball melon a bit disappointing. Was expecting it to be sweeter  :|

Back from WI and very pleased with a lb loss so have 2lb to play with if we manage to get away in the motorhome!  DH phoned the garage and apparently the wrong parts were sent (really!  the brake pads, the CV boot and the lights!).  There was another delivery this morning but they haven't gone through it yet but are hoping the right parts are in this delivery.  If they are they are hoping to get the motorhome done by Friday which would mean we could get away for 5 nights instead of 6.  Wouldn't go for less than that though as it's a fair distance to travel.

@ruby_eskimo hope your DH's MRI goes OK and you manage to find a parking space easily!

@Coxy11 - a few of the Skinny Crunch bars are 2 for HEB:  Sticky toffee; peanut butter; chocolate orange and Mint and dark chocolate.  The Rocky Road Skinny Dream are the only ones which are 2 for HEB; none of the others can be used as they either don't have enough Fibre or are higher syns.

Great loss @joedenise xx Thanks for the bars info. The app lists them as singles for syns then as HEB for 2 x 20g bars which is odd. I will have a look after group on Saturday when I'm in the town.

Frustrating about the MH parts. Fingers crossed they are in the second delivery.

Yes it so was @beanielou. I cooked the sausages when I had the oven on the day before, so much easier to slice up and just add to the mixture in the pan. Will definitely make again. It's on the website x
