🤣🤣🤣 - I con't believe that of you @maman! But it doesn't matter when it's Free food anyway!
Morning all, I know what you mean @bubbs! Sometimes people just don't seem to be able to think for themselves and need everything to be exactly how they want things! It's just so obvious about recipes!
DH has gone off to golf and I'm planning on doing a bit of batch cooking. I've got some big chunks of beef which I bought back from France last time so going to make a beef bourguignon and we'll have one lot this week and the other half can go in the freezer.
I'm also going to make a chicken curry with some of the LO roast from yesterday which will be frozen. Hoping to make 6 portions but leave enough to have cold with chips & salad tomorrow night so may only be able to make 4 portions, will have to see once it's made and I portion it.
Will use the pressure cooker for the bourguignon and just a deep casserole on the hob for the chicken curry so can do both at the same time.
So today's plan:
B - granola, milk, fruit - HEB; part HEA; S
L - vegetable quiche, salad - P; S; part HEA
D - cauliflower cheese, chips - S; F; 3.5
HEA1 - milk for drinks
HEA2 - milk for granola/cheese in quiche
HEB - granola
Syns - cheese sauce mix 3.5; may have a pink n white later
Have a good day everyone.

Morning,
Another bright sunny day in store here. We went to BIL's again for another BBQ yesterday. I had a good breakfast of grilled bacon, poached egg and mushrooms, a banana for lunch as we were painting (again...) then had a small plate at BIL's. I wasn't drinking, so took some NAS flavoured sparkling water as less gassy than Pep$i max. Looks like a 1lb loss this morning.
@beanielou - I know, no stickers! We only go for the shinys!! When's your birthday??
@bubbs happy birthday to your DDad x
Today's food:
B - pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, fruit wheats, mullerlight - S, HEB, 0.5
L - JP, tuna, LTL mayo, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles - 1, P, 1, S
D - spaghetti with arrabbiata sauce, parmesan - S, HEA
HEA - milk
Syns - hi fi bar 3 plus 2.5 so 5.5 total
Family are having meatballs with their spaghetti, so I plan to cook those in the oven along with some A!di skinny sausages which will be for tomorrow's nights' dinner of sausage, courgette and pea risotto.
Have my phone appt with the nurse at 5pm so will be interested to see what she says about my diet.

Morning all. Well done on the loss @annabanana82 and fingers crossed SP works for you @bubbs - as everyone else has said, you mostly eat SP anyway so shouldn't be too much of a hassle. Good luck with the nurse @Coxy11.
Had a stressful end to last week with the Dr's - the saga of my prescription that has a national shortage is still going on. After actually going in on Friday and getting a little upset as the receptionists hadn't passed on my messages to the GP correctly and then they hadn't called me to tell me what the GP was saying, but I think we may have a plan to get me a totally different drug but it means I have to go in for a BMI and blood pressure check on Friday now 🙄 Here's hoping the 2 lb loss this week helps bring my BMI down a bit (still in the overweight category!) So now I'm in the next stone bracket which I haven't seen for a while and it feels good 😊 3 weeks till holiday!
Had branflakes, milk and strawberries for breakfast, lunch is a tuna salad and dinner is some leftover stew from the freezer, bulked out with more carrots and some broccoli on the side.

Batch cooking not going to plan! The beef still hasn't defrosted even though I got it out yesterday and put it in the fridge so it's now sitting on the side and hopefully it will be defrosted by the time I've drunk my coffee! The chicken curry is made and now cooling down - think it's probably only 4 portions but may be able to get one or two lunchtime portions to have with a jacket but will see once it's cooled and I portion it.
Will be interesting to see what the nurse has to say @Coxy11.
What a palaver with the Dr's @ruby_eskimo. Hopefully your BMI and blood pressure will be OK on Friday and you can get your prescription sorted out.
Cooking all done now and portioned up. Ended up with 4 portions of curry and 6 portions of beef bourguignon; 4 portions of each will be frozen. 2 portions of the beef bourguignon will go in the fridge for later this week.1 -
Bubbs It's been a couple years since at group but remember she had a paper and she would give them out to people who were struggling with a fast food plan for the next week. Maybe someone on here will know what it is called and you could ask SW rep.
Joedenise not made beef bourgignon for a while simply because beef is always to thin - nice a thick chunks...yum.
So I packed DH of till Thursday and scones went with himsat out in garden with a cuppa and chilled....hate being on my own - but some time I just need peace, still have my four legged woof....who always comes over all miserable when his master is way.
Walk will cheer him up.
B 1 wbix raspberries and GFF yoghurt
L 2 egg omelette mushroom and bacon lean salad left from yesterday
D SW meatballs pasta tom sauce and green beans
HEA Milk
HEB 1
syn Hifi bar 3
Question around ryvita syns I got some sweet onion rye breads which have 35 cal each....so are they an HEB or 1.5 syns each
I was thinking that maybe I could have 1 as HEB when I just have one weetabix and add 1.5syn for 2nd. I googled and found a list and there were so many type (She cooks she eats)0 -
A new number on the scales! Well done @ruby_eskimo.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
You're fine with the onion Ryvita @vegastare. They are 4 for a HEB or 1.5 syns each just like the normal ones. So you could split your HEB and have 1 Weetabix and 2 Ryvitas. Any extra Ryvita are 1.5 syns. I remember those plans too but really can't remember the name. I think they were like very detailed food diaries so that you didn't have slip ups over syns.
Hope your telephone appointment is going well @Coxy11. I can't see how what you eat can be affecting your cholesterol. 🤔
You're getting a lot from your roast chicken @joedenise. I'll get dinner tomorrow from ours but it was only a small one this week.
I portioned up the Delia red cabbage so that's in the freezer. It's so much easier than cooking it fresh every time.
DH is out at a meeting and won't be back until I've left for my dance class. As we didn't want to have dinner at about 4 pm!, he's getting his own meal later and I can have my favourite.😋😁
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, berries (S), banana (F)
L- ham (P), potato (F), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- fried eggs (P), SW chips (F), mushrooms, tomatoes (S)

How strange that yesterday's photos wouldn't work but today's did @bubbs.
I'm hoping that your sister was joking about the crisps etc.?? 🤣
I remember now what @Vegastare was thinking about. It's called a SAS (Slimmers against Sabotage) log. You can Google it but I've not heard it mentioned in group for ages. As I said, it's like a very detailed food diary and it's to show up if you're not following the plan properly. So syns, HEXs etc. Worth asking the consultant if they still exist. 🤔0
