SAS logs do still exist, at least they did a year or so ago as my old consultant gave them to me as I wasn't losing even though I was sticking to plan (so I thought!) - turned out I was having too much milk!  That was when I changed to from SS to skimmed so I could have the extra 100mls.  Not a problem now that we can have 2 HEAs!

I bought a Large chicken this week @maman.  It was the biggest one in the Large range - it was 1.85kg!  The extra large ones are from 1.9Kg!  I even had some of it on my salad at lunchtime and I think there's probably far too much for DH and I to have tomorrow night.  Enjoy your egg and chips!

@Vegastare - I only make beef bourguignon with beef I've bought in France because you can get the really big chunks of beef.  Although my butcher will cut thick pieces but it's just too expensive - it's bad enough in France but the quality is far better I think.

We're out tomorrow so not sure whether we'll be back in time for lunch or whether we'll end up eating out - I've got some syns to spare if we do eat out but need to check how many before we go!

    Good morning all,

    Fab losses @annabanana82 and @beanielou - whoohoo!
Sorry you're having such a hassle getting your meds @ruby_eskimo - that really isn't good at all x

I am on earlier than usual as I'm going into the London office today. I have all my food prepped and ready to go hurrah! Nurse called me yesterday. Cholesterol is meant to be 1-5, mine is 5.5. She asked if I'd had any recent changes to routine and I said the blood test was less than a week after my 2 week holiday where I was eating different food and drinking. So that's it apparently - a blip. She's going to request a blood test in 4 months time, but has said don't change anything - you're following SW and all good. Relieved about that.

    Food today:
    B - overnight oats, mullerlight, cherries - HEB, 0.5
L - LO Mexican chicken, strawberries, pineapple, cherries
D - SW sausage, courgette and pea risotto - 1 (using A!di skinny sausages)
    HEA - milk
Syns - 1.5 plus a hi fi bar, so 4.5 total

    Have a good day all

Morning all, another warm day although a bit cloudy at the moment but I'm sure that'll change later!

Good call about the cholesterol by your nurse.  Hopefully you'll get the call back for another blood test!  I'm still waiting a call back for mine - it was supposed to be 3 months last November!  I should get a recall after a year anyway although things haven't been brilliant with the GP since the lockdown - it wasn't that good beforehand but even worse now but unfortunately there are no other GPs locally so we're stuck with them!

    Today's plan:

B - sausage and brown sauce sandwich - HEB; 3
L - eating out probably - if we go where I think we might then it will be syn free!
    D - cold chicken; chips; beans - P; F

Will have some fruit and yoghurt sometime in the evening to get in a bit more Speed as not much today!

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - sausages 2; brown sauce 1; will probably have a G&T at lunchtime so 3

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all.  Well done on the loss @beanielou hope you enjoy your birthday celebrations over the next few weeks 🥳  Glad to hear the nurse listened to you @Coxy11 and recognised the blip.  Fingers crossed the numbers come down on your next test.

Didn't realise the temperature was going to be so hot this week so stew for dinner last night wasn't the best decision 😆  Oh well.  Got my walk in this morning, then had ff yogurt and blueberries for breakfast.  Lunch is a tuna salad and dinner is a mushroom risotto.

Hope everyone has a good day!
