Just a thought @Vegastare but roughly how many syns do you think you use in a week? 🤔

Depending on how much you have to lose, it's often better to use most of the 105 early on so that you can cut back a bit when things (invariably ☹️) slow down close to target.

Ignore me if you are saving them for weekends like I do. 😉🤣

Thank you @maman to be honest I just try and do as little as poss and try to keep it under 10 and then if like this Sat when having a B Q  can have a drink.  But as a rule I have  maybe less than 105 so it is certainly worth thinking about. Must admit I have never been told of this even when nearing target.....what a fleeting memory.

Enjoy yours at the weekend....got to have some pleasure :)

joedenise - I have taken note of what you say and hope I'm OK to join in on here.

I'm following sw on-line via a invite through the nhs and had my 2nd weigh in today and so far have lost a total of 4lbs, which isn't much so I'm hoping by being more accountable with you lovely people who must have similar problems as me (sweet/choc binge, no will power etc) I will lose much more and learn loads from you all on the way.

Welcome @nannygladys. 😊 Good to have you along. Did you have a choice of online or a real life group with the NHS? 🤔

You'll get plenty of support on here. Just ask if you have any questions.

Well done on your loss @joedenise. Great to have a bit of leeway in your target range. 👏👏👏

Good to see you having breakfast at home today @bubbs. You seem to have been so busy lately.

SW say 5-15 syns per day @Vegastare but it's a fine line. It's important not to feel deprived and give up but we all know where too many treats leads otherwise we wouldn't be here. 🤣

I forgot to post my menu earlier.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, scrambled eggs (P), HEA 1 milk for drinks
    L- veggie omelette (P, S), beetroot (S)
    D- SW Bolognese (P, S), spaghetti (F), HEA 2 Parmesan
    Syns - 0
