Well done on the loss @joedenise and great news about the motorhome. A month in France sounds fab!
GP has rung about my bloods - hormones, iron, kidney, liver function, thyroid all normal. Issue is with my cholesterol - I have a phone appointment on Monday with the nurse. Will be interesting to see what diet related changes I need to make given I'm on SW and also to see what she thinks is causing my panic attacks. Sorry to sound sceptical!

Thanks @maman and @Coxy11 - I was really pleased with the loss even though it was only 0.5lb as I really expected an STS!
We're going to get away hopefully next weekend for about a week! Need to fit it in between DH's golf matches! He's in a couple of comps at the moment and seems to thrive on the competitiveness as he seems to play better then than just having a round with his mates!
@Coxy11 - you've probably got the same problem as me with the cholesterol in that everybody produces their own cholesterol and it's not from added fat in your food, although even on SW we still have some fat especially in things like red meats, cheese etc but of course what we have is much more limited than most people! I suspect they will want to put you on statins but don't let them put you on a high level to start! My DH was put of 40mg to start and quite honestly I think your body actually starts to need them once you're on them. I only take 10mg as more than that I get terrible leg pains - my GP tried to up them to 20mg and within 3 days I could hardly walk so had to stop taking them completely for a month before restarting at 10mg. My bloods still come back every time with higher than "normal" levels but nothing more can be done other than sticking to low fat stuff as much as possible!
Let us know what the nurse has to say - as you say should be interesting!

Change of plan for dinner tonight! I forgot I'd arranged to pick my friend up from the station this evening and it will be somewhere around 6pm which is when we'd normally be eating so have decided we'll have kebabs - the only decent takeaway near us other than the chippy but let's not go there! So it will be a few syns saved until tomorrow now as just a couple of syns for the oil in the marinade they use on the chicken as I won't have the pitta. DH will probably have a large doner or maybe a mixed, depends how hungry he is by the time we get there!0

I have suffered with panic attacks - not as frequent now...but I also had several other things hit too....all related to that time of life.
Worse was during the night waking in an instant panic. Hope that you get to the bottom of it.
Maman
The sauce worked well - went for a drizzle tom sauce and a whisper of Worcestershire and equal parts yog and from - it was nice and a lighter less claggy feel that seafood sauce. In the end I went without butter as felt it was creamy enough.

What an amazing haul at the Company Shop @bubbs. Brilliant! 😁
Pleased you enjoyed the sauce on the prawns @Vegastare. I'm sure you'll find you need butter less and less. I really don't think you need it with 'wet' foods. I don't think I have it on anything any more. 🤔0 -
Really pleased to have got the motorhome back. We've decided we're going to go to one of our favourite places mid August - Lymington in the New Forest.
Motorhome is in the garage for service and MOT - they did the MOT today and it's failed! Needs a bit of work to get it through - brakes need doing, not surprising really as not been done for 5 or 6 years; and something on one of the axles. No idea how much it'll be but it will certainly be less than a new motorhome! They're going to give us a call next week once it's ready.
Great haul at the company shop @bubbs! Didn't know that M&S did 3% mince, will have a look to see if they have any YS next time I'm in there!0
