Morning all.  Great news on the losses @Vegastare and @maman and hope the scales are kind to you tomorrow @Coxy11
and hope the job stuff works out - maybe breaking up the week will be a good thing.

Just popping in quickly to update plan for today.  Already been out for a walk this morning and had usual ff yogurt and blueberries for breakfast.  Lunch is going to be some kind of salad and dinner is peri peri chicken with a pitta, chips and salad.  Accidentally froze 3 chicken breasts together and can't separate them so will be cooking all of them in the peri seasoning and then have the rest cold for lunch tomorrow 😆

Hope everyone has a good day and weekend, see you all next week!

Morning all, nice and bright here but no washing today!  Haven't got enough for a load at the moment so that can wait until at least the weekend maybe even early next week.

Good luck with WI tomorrow @Coxy11 - could it be a bit of water retention if you can't think where the gain has come from?  Wouldn't be surprising with the heat we're having again.  Looks like it could be up to 30 again by this time next week!

    Today's plan:

B - smoked haddock, scrambled eggs, toast - HEB; P
    L - cheese salad - HEA2; S; F
    D - carbonara (to use up the bits of gammon) - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - probably a couple of rum & ginger beers 5

    Have a good day everyone.

    🤞for tomorrow @bubbs and @Coxy11

I was looking at your food for today and it's so healthy. You even had a load of Speed veg with your breakfast. I know it's hard for you to have carbs though. I wonder if that's why they don't advise staying on SP for too long. 🤔 How do you do salt and pepper chicken? 🤔

Thanks @Vegastare. I don't know if you have a Poundland near you but ours sells velcro so you might get it there. 🤔

I've decided to have an Alcohol Free Friday! I'm out tomorrow visiting my brother and his family (not seen them since pre Covid) and really unsure how food will work out. I reckon that having plenty of spare syns is a good precaution. I'll miss my wine tonight but I'll be OK once I get past dinner time. I think I enjoy it more when I'm cooking than sitting down. 🤣

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, scrambled eggs (P), HEA1 milk for drinks
    L- ham (P), bubble and squeak (F, S), beetroot (S)
D- baked cod (P), SW chips, mushy peas (F), green stuff, tomatoes, garlic mushrooms (S, HEA2)
    Syns - 0

Good luck @bubbs and @Coxy11 and anyone else weighing today.  🤞for losses today.

We have DD2 visiting today but she won't be here until about 11.30am so will have time to nip to the shops to get some more fruit - only got a few cherries and a couple of satsumas left which won't go far!

    B - fry up with sausage and bacon - P; S; F
    L - burger and onion in soft pitta - HEB; S; 0.5
    D - KFC, chips, corn on the cob, baked beans - P; S; F; 4.5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - soft pitta
    Syns - burger 0.5; chicken coating 4.5

    Have a good day everyone.
