You know you can have olives if you like them - they're 1.5 syns for 8 (as long as they are in brine not oil!). Β They are 2.5 syns if they're in oil so still not very high. Β We don't have them very often but occasionally I'll buy a jar and then have some on a salad.0 -

Morning everyone,
Bright start here again, hurrah! Definitely lifts my moodΒ
My DH sounds the same as yours @Vegastare but instead of sweet treats he has beer or wine or gin..... Not every night mind you!Β
Food looked great again @bubbs, especially that meringue. Please update us on your parents later.
Sorry @ruby_eskimo I missed that you'd had a loss - that's excellent.Β
Not sure if I said but I drained my 5% mince yesterday after dry frying and was shocked at what came out. Will definitely do that again in the future (photo to follow from my phone).
Food today:
B - melon, strawberries, plum - S
L - baked beans on 2 WM toast, cheese - HEB, HEA
D - SW sweet chilli chicken thighs, green beans, carrots, rice - 1 syn, S
HEA - milk
Syns - hifi bar 3 plus 1 = 4 total
Have a good day everyone,
Coxy

Morning all.Β Wow that's a lot of "stuff" out of your mince @Coxy11, I don't think I've ever had that with 5% mince before so I don't drain it.Β Β
I'm sure the dancing will help you out @maman, and congratulations for being at target for 11 years!
Been out for a walk this morning before work, and now need to crack on with said work πΒ Breakfast was branflakes and strawberries, lunch is another tuna salad and dinner is a pepper and tomato risotto.Β Β
