Morning all,

We had a good time with our friends last night - just the 4 of us. I took some A!di NAS flavoured sparkling water which was a nice alternative to Pep$i max and less caffeine to keep me awake! We took a couple of bags of crisps, and I did have some, but I'm not going to stress over it.

I just had some fruit for breakfast, will have toast in a bit. We are going to BIL's this afternoon for a BBQ. I will be driving so will just need to keep a check on food. Hoping they will have the football on!

Food today:
B - cherries, kiwi, 2 WM toast with 2 tsp jam - HEB, 1
L - BBQ - who knows what?!
D - depends on lunch - maybe just some fruit
HEA - milk
Syns - ?

Can I have 2 HE A choices...must have been off plan too long

Coxy  am liking the nevilles wholemeal took about 4 slices and froze the rest....hubby told me when he was unpacking deliver - what the .... have you bought that for...till of course he noticed it had not replaced his usual loaf...

B I slice wm bread scrambled egg
L  BLT open sandwich....or salad  mixed fruit and yog either lunch or dinner
D  Pork loin chop new pots cauli green beans.

Syn LF butter 1.5syn  Bistro cheese sauce 2 1/2 syn (this is dependant on Him remembering to buy when he goes round to his Mums!!!!

Hope your BIL has some SW friendly food at the BBQ @Coxy11. Maybe some chicken and plenty of salad. My first consultant used to take her own sausages or burgers to a BBQ but I'd feel a bit awkward about that. When I eat at someone else's home, I just hope for the best. 🤞🏼

Yes, definitely 2 x HEAs if you want them @Vegastare. I think it's the best thing that SW have done.😁 I don't have the second one every day but I have introduced more cheese into recipes as I'd virtually banned it before. 

I just picked at some cold chicken yesterday evening as was still full. Probably had too many wine syns through the day though as I don't usually start at lunchtime. 😉🤣

Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, fried eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
L- JP (F), prawns (P), salad bits (S)
D- Hairy Biker's braised steak (P,S), SW roast potatoes (F), carrots, swede, cabbages, cauli, broccoli

Today soft pitta, 2 LM red onion sausages and 2 eggs free and hexb, 1 syn BBQ sauce, can't get pic to upload will try again in a bit

Afternoon all, been down to friend's again this morning!  DH has been putting up curtain poles, curtains and blinds - he's knackered!  We've been down every day doing bits and pieces to help.

What else did you have yesterday that was syns @bubbs?  Looking at your pictures there doesn't seem to be syns in your meals!  11 syns isn't over for the day - that's well within what you're allowed.

Today's plan:

B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 2
L - burger and onions in roll with sliced gherkins - HEB; S; 0.5
D - gammon, potatoes, onions, carrots (done in the PC), green veg - P; S; F

HEA - milk
HEB - WM roll
Syns - sausages 2; burger 0.5

Going to collect a Too Good To Go bag from Morries this afternoon - wonder what SW friendly stuff will be in it today!  There's usually plenty of bread products for DH to keep his going for a while.  I'm hoping there will be lots of fruit and veg as well!

But like dad😂 just rang up and he answered the phone, something he never does! I said are you behaving? 😂 He said yes 👏
When mum came on the phone I asked her and she said yes he has been alot better since I spoke to him about it on Friday 🤞it carries on

Denise i had merigune , strawberries and ice cream , choc shot 3 1/2 syns and 3 syns bbq sauce so was 17 1/2 syns

Today i have only had 1 so far, will have lighter than light mayo later so probably 2, merigune and choc shot 3 1/2
