    Really can't moan about the weather here today as I have sun and heat! It was 31 degrees when I nipped to Lidl at lunchtime for more ice lollies and diluting squash.  

    Well done on the loss @ruby_eskimo

    Today's food:
    B - yoghurt and berries
    L - turkey and pastrami roll salad roll (HEXB) ,gerkhins and beetroot
    D - homemade spicy meatballs in tomato sauce with spaghetti and parmesan (HEXA2)

    I've had two mini Twister ice lollies for 4 syns.  

    Stay cool everyone and drink plenty!

    My bites have turned nasty, waiting on 111 to ring back,went pharmacy, they said speak to doctors, rang doctors they said 111 🙄

    Sorry to hear about the bites @bubbs.  Have 111 rung you back yet?  They seem to take ages for someone to ring you back.  Have the bites got infected?

    Yes they rang at 7.50 sent prescription straight to tesco, just back and first horse pill taken 😂 that's what pharmacy said they were infected :(

    Glad that's sorted @bubbs.  Assume they're antibiotics if it's an infection.  Hopefully they'll kick in quickly and start feeling better.
