Morning all, another beautiful day and very little breeze.  Final load of washing in the machine - our bedding!

Nothing much planned for today and not doing too much cooking!  DH is cooking breakfast and dinner is in the slow cooker!

    So today's plan is:

    B - fry up - sausages, egg, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes - P; S; F; 2
    L - burger and onions in wholemeal roll - HEB; S; 0.5
    D - BBQ pulled pork, corn on the cob, beans and chips - P; S; F; 3

    HEA - milk
    HEB - wm roll
    Syns - sausages 2; burger 0.5; chips 3

Have a good day everyone and try not to get sun burnt - or even worse - heatstroke.  It's definitely very warm out there!

Hi all, a pound off for me this week. Happy with a loss and want to keep it going and break the yo-yo-ing.

I made the Scotch eggs in the air fryer, didn’t bother with crumb and they’re delicious! Was out for lunch and still stuffed so I’ll snack on them if I get hungry later.

Well done on your pound @Jellybaby. 👏👏👏I'm really pleased for you.

My consultant texted me to remind me that my 8 weeks is up on Thursday, so I'll have to face the music. ☹️ While I was out, I checked my weight in Boots and I'm 4 lbs out of range. ☹️ That's not going to magically disappear in 4 days. ☹️ I'm also out to eat twice this coming week so it's going to take a while. 🤔

Today wasn't good either as I had a croissant with breakfast. We had friends staying over and I really didn't feel like doing a fry up. The plus side is that I'll be able to wash and dry all the bedding and towels tomorrow so they won't hang about.

    Today's EE plan -
    B- croissant, berries (S) , yogurt (P)
    L- JP(F), prawns (P), salad (S)
D- fishcake, SW chips (F), green stuff, mushrooms, tomatoes (S)
    Syns - croissant 9?, fishcake 2, LTL mayo 1, wine syns 😉

Back on plan properly tomorrow. 😁

Well done on the losses @Jellybaby and @bubbs - really pleased for you both.

At least your consultant let you know your 8 weeks are up this week @maman - I'm pretty sure a lot of them wouldn't and would just assume you weren't going any more and would come back in a few months to shift the weight in time for Christmas!  It seems to be a cycle for a lot of people.

There's absolutely masses of pulled pork!  Plenty for put in the freezer - I think there's probably enough for at least another 2 evening meals for us both plus a couple of lunches if we have it in rolls.  So pretty good value as that will be at least 8 portions for less than £1 a portion.

What do you use for your HEB pizza @bubbs?  A WW wrap or something else?
