All the food looks delicious @bubbs and so fresh and inviting. 😋
It's baking hot here too but a little cooler in the conservatory with a door open.

Poor you with no water @joedenise. Looking on Twitter, you're luckier than some having bottles delivered as many are complaining at having to travel miles to pick up points. ☹️

We get the water delivered as we are signed up as vulnerable - anyone over 60 can sign up with our water board.  Even if we'd had to go and get water it wouldn't have been too far as they've set up a place in the local pub which is just over half a mile away.  Last time it happened we had to drive a bit further - about 6 miles.  It's been announced on the local news this morning that the main has been repaired and the system has been slowly refilling overnight so we should have water back on later today.  Thank goodness for that - I don't think you realise just how much water you use until you have to use bottled!

Still undecided as to whether to go to WI this morning but probably will!  Today's plan:

    B - sweet omelette, berries, yoghurt - P; S; F
    L - BLT - HEB; P; S
    D - parma ham wrapped pork fillet, mini roasties, veg - P; S; F; 0.5

    HEA1 - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - parma ham 0.5

Back later with how WI went (if I go!).  Have a good day everyone.

Hope WI goes well Denise (if you go ).   I'm just not listening to all your lovely hot weather chat!  Think I need to move

Other than work being frustrating as ever not much happening here!

    Today's food:
    B - Kvarg (0.5 syn) with strawberries
L - turkey salad sandwich (HEXB) with pickles, pineapple and nectarines mid afternoon
D - chicken fajitas with loads of veg (without the wrap for me)

Hope you're all having a smashing day!

Still no water but there's still some in the coffee machine so we've just had coffee rather than tea when we got in.  I did go to group and it was better than expected - I was expecting a small gain but I managed STS so I'm pleased with that.

I got it wrong about where the bottled water is it's actually in the next village so still only just over a mile away.  We drove down and picked up some more water so we should be OK for drinking and flushing the loo when absolutely necessary - I'm sure you all know what I mean!

We really enjoyed our BLTs at lunchtime, it's something we haven't had for a long time.  Decided to have some spread on my bread so an extra couple of syns so still only 2.5 syns planned.

    Hi everyone from sunny Cyprus!

We are 2 hours ahead here and have just finished a bbq at our villa. I put on 2.5lbs at WI on Saturday 🙄

Nightmare journey involving a 4 hour delay to our flight meaning we were driving through Paphos at 2am in our hire car and arrived at 3am. Luckily I knew where the villa was having scoped it out in March when I was last here.

Bloody cockroach in the kitchen drawer so DDs bf and I spent about 30 Minutes trying to catch it - DH was on the loo and missed the screaming 😱

Weather is super hot but we have a pool and have been to the beach a few times - sorry to those of you working in this heat xx

Food is broadly okay but have succumbed to bread which I rarely eat at home and we are drinking every night which I don’t do normally. Won’t be worrying about it too much as want to enjoy myself though!

Glad to see everyone is losing or STS - sorry to let the side down 🤣 Great news about the MH @joedenise and hugs to @beanielou on the anniversaries xx

Stay safe everyone and drink plenty - sorry @joedenise don’t want to rub it in!

Good to hear from you @Coxy11. Enjoy your holiday and you can sort out SW when you get back. 🌞😎

Hope you have the water back @joedenise. 🤔 Well done on your STS. 😊

I'm still feeling bloated although I've been back on plan for almost a week. I'm sure it was mostly all the white bread but I'll just plod on and hope for the best.

    Today's EE plan -

    L- LO hash (F, P, S), pickles (S), fried egg (P)
    D- veggie chilli (P, S), brown rice (F), cottage cheese (P)
    Syns - 0

Still no water @maman!  Got another half dozen bottles of water delivered and we also went and collected another dozen bottles.

We've been told the water should be back on later tonight or early tomorrow morning but I'm not holding my breath!
