Quick update:

Still no water @maman!  Getting annoying now.  Apparently the other end of the Island has water now.  There's 2 reservoirs and one is now providing water the other isn't and typically that's the one for this area!  The website is still saying we should have it shortly and that the water bottle stations are still open.  A couple which are near SMs opened this morning at 7am but the one nearest us has been moved overnight as emergency services said the other place wasn't really suitable - have to say I agree as there was only one way in and out and some people seem to need the whole width of the road to get through!  We had to wait for a car to move over before we could get out yesterday!  No way a fire engine or ambulance would have been able to get in if they were needed.  The new site is actually nearer to us and it's a huge farmers field where they hold boot fairs at the weekend and where there is a funfair a couple of times a year.

Morning all, 

Well done on STS and fingers crossed you get water back this morning @joedenise.    

Woke up feeling really bloated this morning, it's definitely not the heat! (really windy and raining at the moment). Bought some peppermint teabags last weekend so will try them and up fluids in general.

Really enjoying Lindahls kvarg pots with fruit for breakfast.  Great at half a syn each but rather pricey (Morrisons have them on 4 for £3) but they're nice and thick and fill me up until lunchtime and a healthy treat rather than the usual type of treats I turn to!

Today's food:
B - kvarg, strawberries, nectarines (0.5 syn)
L - omelette with onions, peppers, mushrooms and spinach
D - beef stirfry with noodles (couple of syns for chilli sauce)

Hurray!  We have water - it came back on about 8.30am but very low pressure.  It's back to normal pressure now so the first load of washing on!  I've got loads to do with bringing the dirty washing back from the motorhome the other day!  There's also a set of bedding which needs doing; in addition our bed needs changing too but that can wait until the weekend.

@Coxy11 enjoy your break with your DDad.  It must be lovely to see him again and without having to take him to the medical appointments this time!  

Today's plan:

B - banana and sultana loaf - HEB; 1.5 (Slimming Eats recipe)
L - stuffed mushroom - HEA2; S; F
D - LO stuffed pork fillet, air fried LO new potatoes, cabbage - P; S; F

HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - oats

Good news on the water DEnise

Thanks @beanielou.  Just really glad to be able to use water in the normal way, LOL!

Done tons of washing, most of which is dry.  Just hung out a machine load of towels.  Have also run the dishwasher so at least we'll have some clean plates and cutlery for dinner tonight without having to wash them up first!

Great news about the water @joedenise. The washing is drying amazingly quickly. I've done a load of bedding and towels today. All dried and put away. 😊

I'm having a fishy day today. I love it but it's so expensive. Fortunately today's haddock came from the Ocado offer. 😉

Hope the bloating settles down @Jellybaby. It's s uncomfortable. ☹️
