Morning all, it's definitely feeling a bit cooler this morning but still very warm, definitely a bit more comfortable. Final couple of loads of washing to do today - bedding I bought home from the motorhome. Will change our bed tomorrow as we're out Sunday visiting a friend and bringing back some of her more fragile stuff to store here prior to her move in a couple of weeks time - she doesn't want to risk them being chucked about by the removal guys!
I've got a physio appointment first thing this morning and will need to do a bit more shopping after that. Once I get back home I want to do a bit more sewing. I'm making myself a little top from some broderie anglais I have in my stash. It's cut out and in one piece at the moment but still need to do facings before sewing up the back seam, hemming and sewing on a couple of buttons on the back. Probably not more than an hour or so to do but it's getting my a*se into gear to actually get on and do it!
Today's plan:
B - marmalade on toast - HEB; 1.5
L - prawn salad with LO taboule with tomatoes - P; S; 2
D - Fakeaway KFC, chips, corn on the cob, beans - P; F; 5.5
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - marmelad 1.5; taboule 2; panko breadcrumbs 2.5; chips 3
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all. Sorry to hear about the issues with the water @joedenise but glad to hear it's back to normal and that the motor home repairs have started. Hope you're having a great time @Coxy11 and that the cockroaches don't start ganging up on you all.
Back from a couple of days in London where it was rather warm to say the least - enjoyed the show and dinner and just wandering around so was worth it. Back to it yesterday but had a really busy day with work. Today is looking a little easier thank goodness! Had usual ff yogurt with blueberries for breakfast, lunch is some leftover moussaka and dinner is home made pizza as a little treat.

Glad to hear you had a good time in London @ruby_eskimo.😊
I'm a bit up in the air with planning at the moment. I'd normally do my meal plan and food shop today but was busy this morning and I have friends staying over tonight. I only have to give them breakfast tomorrow so won't affect SW too much but I'm leaving my shop until the weekend as didn't want to fill up the fridge yet.
Sunday looks like it might be a dangerously hot day so I might even forego my usual roast! 🤣
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, baked beans (F), fried egg, bacon (P)
L- JP (F), cottage cheese, ham (P), spring onion, pickles (S)
D- SW Bolognese (P,S), spaghetti (F), HEA2 Parmesan
Syns- weekend wine😁

It's great to read some are enjoying holidays and other the hot weather - as usual I have rain 🤣 though it has brightened up a bit now.
Met up with a work colleague to talk through a project this morning and declined to share the huge piece of cake she ordered and had a very nice Americano with milk on the side. If crisps had been offered that would have had an entirely different outcome!
Today's food:
B - f/f Greek yoghurt with mango and raspberries
L - tuna salad with pickles
D - LM chorizo and red pepper sausages (2 syns), chips and beans
Still have HEXB and second HEXA to use.
@bubbs when you make Scotch eggs, do you put them in the oven or airfryer and how long for? Have some LM red onion and rosemary sausages and thought I'd have a go at the weekend.

Hi all,
Not checked in for awhile. Had last weekend in London food choices weren't too bad, fish finger sandwich, lemon cheesecake then salads.
So much walking though, racked up 37000 steps in 36 hours!
If anyone is in London soon and looking for a healthy option the tesco express between Picadilly and Horse Guards have quite a good salad bar.
The Serpentine Kitchen and bar also did a fab salad.
Drink wise I had 2 pints of lager and 3 glasses of Champagne, when the scales said -2.5lbs I was most surprised just a shame I cant afford London weekends every week otherwise I'd be at target in no time.
I went out for a bacon sandwich with my Son earlier, was told they were amazing but as I forgot to say no butter i didn't enjoy it and dread to think how many syns.
