Morning all, can't believe how early I was up this morning - have had an awful night with it being so hot!  It's already well into the mid 20s this morning!

We're going over to the garage this morning to get as much stuff as we can out of the motorhome to bring home.  We're hoping they will be able to give us some indication of when we are likely to get it back so that we can sort out some trips for next month as have already cancelled those which we had booked as we didn't even now the motorhome was back in the country until yesterday!

Also need to go and do some shopping, especially fruit as only have a little bit left and we seem to be eating quite a bit.

    Today's plan:

    B - bacon & brown sauce sandwich - HEB; P; 0.5
    L - creamy garlic mushrooms and air fried potatoes - part HEA2; S; F
    D - spag bol - P; S; F; part HEA2

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - Primula Light/parmasan
    HEB - bread
Syns - reduced sugar and salt brown sauce 0.5; may have a couple of G&Ts later 6

    Have a good day everyone.

Well done @beanielou :)     Send me some sun please @joedenise woke to rain this morning and it's so dark I've had to put my desk lamp on!   Fingers crossed your MH can be repaired quickly and you can get away again.

Last night's dinner was spag bol and not chilli - need to clearly mark the containers!

I'll nip out at lunch time to pick up some more fruit and as it's my local small S'burys will look out for some of the cooking bacon @maman

    Today's plan:
    B - f/f Greek yoghurt, strawberries, nectarines
L - ham and egg salad with pickles (probably 2 syns for salad cream)
D - gammon steak, veggie hash, roasted tomatoes and mushrooms

Still have HEXB and second HEXA to use if needed.

    Have a good day all!

Went over to the motorhome place and got out most of our stuff.  Have had to leave some of the bigger things like the BBQ and chairs as only had my small car as DH's bigger car is also in the garage!  No idea how long it will be before we get the motorhome back but the insurance co gave the go ahead for the repairs last Thursday so now it's a case of waiting for the parts to arrive and then they can get on with it.

Getting motorhome parts unfortunately can be a very lengthy job but they are hopeful it will be done before our September holiday!  I was hoping we'd get it back earlier than that so we could get away next month so it looks like it's a case of wait and see.

It's clouded over a bit now @Jellybaby but it is very humid and definitely still very warm - it's 25.5 degrees in our living room and that's with the patio doors open and windows at the front open so we have a bit of a through breeze.

It's incredibly humid here, really sapping my energy.😳

Glad to hear you got a few things organised with the motorhome @joedenise. 🤞🏼 it won't take too long to get it back on the road.

L- ham (P), fried veg and pickles (S)

    Go on cheer me up!

We've now got no water so I can't even do all the washing so that's going to have to wait a couple of days!  The whole island is without water or very low pressure.  We knew there was a problem yesterday morning as the water board delivered 12 x 2 litre bottles of water around lunchtime but still had water up until just before dinner tonight.  Have put everything in the dishwasher to hopefully be able to put it on tomorrow night - it should be full up by then.

We also filled up a load of saucepans before it went off plus the watering cans so we can water the garden tonight!
