    Have a fantastic holiday @Coxy11

We have sun and heat! Supposed to last until Tuesday which probably means that will be our summer over 🤣🤣

It was a gain as expected - a pound on. I bought the magazine for some inspiration so going to sit out in the garden and have a read.

A pound isn't too bad at all @Jellybaby. Hopefully that will go (and some) as quickly as it came. 😊

Do let us know if there's anything interesting in the magazine.🤔

    Morning all 👋🏻
STS this week bit annoyed! Last couple of weeks have been manic but included LOTS of walking! Harry Potter studios & a 3 day residential (🥱 lack of sleep). Food on residential was a bit crap, frozen Tesco stuff 😵‍💫. I was so good (I thought) 1 slice of toast for breakfast, took my own babybels for lunch then ate the evening meal (only as nothing else) no snacks!
Off there again Monday! Dreading this one as several bickering girls plus a tricky challenging behavior one 🥴. Expecting little sleep again. Oh & I had/have to share a room with my mate so always alert to disturbing her! Beds were uncomfortable so ended up with back pain! AND colleague who was with us tested positive on Friday plus another expected with us next week also tested positive and if well enough is still coming!! 😤😤😤 if she is still positive I’m not going 😡
    Going to be 🥵 too!

Hubby has finally been accepted for UC but another 12 week wait for PIP appeal 😠. Same paper work for both so go figure 🤷🏼‍♀️. My nephew gets PIP at the higher rate but can work (when he gets up 🙄) so why hubby can’t who knows! Any way 🤞🏻

    Sorry for the essay 😵‍💫
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Morning all, another lovely day and another load of washing done and on the line - think it's probably already dry but it can stay out a bit longer!

At least you were expecting the gain @Jellybaby and I'm sure you can shift that and probably a bit more this week.  @bubbs at least it wasn't a gain so still a positive.  I'd say that's a win @TakeItEazy with STS when you didn't have control over your food.  Hope next week will be better for you.

I'm probably not going to WI this week as DH wants the car on Wednesday for golf and I don't fancy getting up at silly o'clock to get him there by 8 o'clock when I don't actually need to go out until 9.45!  At least with being at target I have that option!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - sausage, bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F; 1
    L - tuna mayo & salad sandwich - HEB; P; S; 1
    D - pork steak tray bake , apple sauce - P; S; F; 0.5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - LF sausage 1; LTL mayo 1; apple sauce 0.5

    Have a good day everyone.

It's baking hot here and I'm missing the pool and the Med to cool off! 🤣🌞😎

Glad to hear you're at target after your holiday @joedenise. Well done. 👏👏👏 I hope I'll get back there soon. I've been more or less on plan but have sneaked a few crisps left from a huge packet we had for the journey home.

I think you've done well too @TakeItEazy. Your school's attitude to covid seems irresponsible. You should definitely not be knowingly exposed with your DH being vulnerable. ☹️

STS is better than a gain @bubbs. Maybe next week. 🤔

I'm having a roast later as I've missed it and I've missed my hash/bubble & squeak even more. 😋 I've put a casserole in the oven so I don't have any stay with it. 😁

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, fried egg and bacon (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S)
    L- JP(F), cottage cheese (P), salad (S)
D- beef in 'red wine' (P, S), roast potatoes (F), many vegetables (S)
    Syns - cornflour 1, weekend wine 😊
