    Morning all,

Have been for a run this morning. Won't be winning any Olympic medals any time soon, but every little helps. Scales not budging and I'm due for TOTM in the next day or so. To say I'm not feeling it would be an understatement!

    Food today:
    B - pineapple, WM toast (1 slice), poached egg, spinach - 1/2 HEB, P, S
L - LO rice fried up with egg, peas and ham, lettuce leaves - P, S
D - LM red pepper and chorizo sausages, SW chips, baked beans - 2
    HEA - milk
    HEA - mini babybel
1/2 HEB - hi fi bar
    Syns - 2

We are at the theatre tonight seeing a band who do 80s songs, so are eating earlier than normal.
    Have a good day all,
    Coxy

Morning all, I'm with you on the not feeling it Coxy.  My head is all over the place at the moment and everything seems to bug me!  The blooming weather is not helping, it's rainy, cold and windy here.

Had another slither of birthday cake last night and DS has taken the rest into work.  Cake is not my thing but shows what I'll do when in the wrong frame of mind.

    Today's food:
B - Kvarg 0.5 syn, mango and pineapple
L - Veggie omelette with beetroot
D - Hunter's chicken, Jersey Royals, carrots, peas and sweetcorn

Hope WI goes well @joedenise    Have a good day all!

Afternoon all, I'm sure things will turn out OK  @Jellybaby just draw the line and get back on plan until WI. You too @Coxy11.

I put on lb since my last WI 5 weeks ago which put me bang on top end of target - so don't even need a grace week!  Going to carry on sticking to plan in the hopes of getting down to target weight again rather than keeping up at top end which is where I seem to have been for some considerable time!

    Today's plan:

    B - mushroom omelette - P; S
    L - toasted cheese sandwich - HEB; HEA2
    D - sweet and sour chicken, rice - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - none planned but may have a drink or 2!

    Have a good day everyone.

    Morning!

Bit cloudy here and cooler - I'm not complaining about cooler!

We had an early dinner of sausages, chips and baked beans last night. I had the last of the LM chorizo and red pepper sausages - they are 1 syn each and delicious. I also did SW chips for me. We saw Calling Planet Earth which is a tribute 80s act - lots of Duran, Spandau, Depeche Mode, Yazoo etc. Was a bit 'Phoenix Nights' at the start but got everyone up on their feet as it went on. Ears are still ringing. They are touring the country if you like that sort of thing and can catch it! 3 x rum and diet pepsi consumed, all within syns, and lots of body magic!

Well the CS appears to be running the country as BJ limps on. Really couldn't make it up - The Thick of It comes to mind. Will be an interesting couple of days at work before my hols.

Shame about Company Shop @bubbs - sign of the times maybe?
@beanielou and @Jellybaby - hope you two have a better day today x

    My food today:
    B - WM toast (1 slice), poached egg, spinach - 1/2 HEB, P, S
    L - pasta n sauce, lettuce leaves, pickles - S
D - chicken and pesto pasta with parmesan - 5 (for pesto and single cream), HEA
    HEA - milk
1/2 HEB - hi fi bar
    Syns - 5

    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy
