    Morning everyone,

Happy belated birthday @annabanana82 hope you had a fab time x

I'm back from the weekend away in Warwickshire. Didn't do too badly food-wise and we walked a lot, which helped mitigate any damage. Back on the wagon totally today though.

B - melon, strawberries, blueberries, fruit wheats, yoghurt - HEB, S
    L - ham, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles - P, S
    D - SW sweet chilli chicken, rice, mange tout, - 1, S
    HEA - milk
    HEA - mini babybel light
    Syns - hifi bar 3 plus 1 = 4 total

    Have a good day all

Morning all, looks like it's going to be a lovely warm day today.

Sorry @annabanana82 I missed that you've had a birthday, hope you had a great day/weekend and enjoy your weekend in London next week.

Well done on not going mad over the weekend away @Coxy11 with your food.

I jumped on the scales this morning and it looks like I'm about half lb over top end of target.  Can I shift that by Wednesday morning WI?  I can only try!  Still keeping the syns low to help with that!

    Today's plan:

    B - Welsh rarebit - HEB; HEA2; P; F
    L - sweet chilli noodles - S; F; 1.5
    D - chana masala, rice - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - sweet chilli sauce 1.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all.  Well done on the losses @Jellybaby and @bubbs and Happy Belated Birthday @annabanana82 - I think I walk more when I'm in central London as everything is close so I forget about public transport.  Shame about the weather @Coxy11 but hopefully being with family made up for it.

Spent the weekend running around helping DH get bits he needs for our holiday (8 weeks today I'll be on a plane) and then yesterday we did jobs in the garden.  Did have a couple of "treats" (a few glasses of red wine and a chelsea bun) but have lost 2lb this week so all in all good progress 👍  Feeling rather bloated though so keeping up with the peppermint tea and water to try and get things moving...

Already been for a jog this morning, followed by ff yogurt, blueberries, a boiled egg and a slice of toast for breakfast.  Lunches this week are ramen bowls using some left over roast chicken from the weekend along with some noodles and assorted green veg in a miso broth.  Dinner tonight is bolognese stuffed peppers as something a little different, served with some salad on the side.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Morning all, it's wind and rain here!  Do have washing on so may get some body magic dashing in and out with that.

Well done on the loss @ruby_eskimo and belated happy birthday @annabanana82

    Today's food:
B - f/f Greek yoghurt with nectarines and strawberries
L - left over mince and potatoes from last night
D - fish, chips, peas, sweetcorn and carrots (6 syns for breadcrumbs and tartare sauce)

Still have HEXB and A to use if I'm hungry.  Have a good day all!

Great loss @ruby_eskimo and well done on the jogging. I had good intentions to go this morning but was so tired after the weekend! I will go on Wednesday as I'm in the London office tomorrow.

That's great that you're only just above target @joedenise - fingers crossed for WI.

Meant to say that dentist was saying I need to cut down on sugar - I only have natural sugar in fruit (which I eat a good size portion of every day). Can't flaming win!
