Morning all, yes very cloudy and bit cooler here too @Coxy11. Had hoped to do some washing today as it's forecast to be sunny but going to leave it until tomorrow or even Saturday as it's not desperate. I like it to be sunny when I do the washing as we have solar panels so can use some of the electric it makes to do it! As it's a whites load I may well soak it overnight in the machine and then wash it in the morning. It certainly seems to get the washing cleaner that way - it's like doing a pre wash but without using as much electric.
I checked my gas and electric app this morning and can't believe how much in credit I am - and they wanted me to up my DD and I said no way - that was about 3 months ago! So glad I didn't! Better in my account than theirs.
Today's plan:
B - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes - P; S
L - crab stick salad sandwich - HEB; S; F; 0.5
D - sea bass, new potatoes, green veg - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - LTL mayo 0.5; not sure what else but will find something!
Have a good day everyone.

Sorry to hear your dad has been unwell @bubbs. Will he be OK to go shopping tomorrow?
Ended up having a hifi bar for 3 syns; some 0% gin for 0.5 and tsp of butter to cook the seabass for 2 so 6 syns in total.
I've got pulled pork planned for later this month - not had it for a while but really enjoy it - usually have in a roll but a pitta would be good for a change but will. need to buy some more as got the last of them out of the freezer today to have for lunch tomorrow. I usually make my own BBQ sauce when I make it.
The sun came out this afternoon so I put the whites in the machine to soak using the solar to run the water in! Nothing like a bit of free electric!

Denise he won't stay at home on his own so he will come, even if he stays in the car but he is stubborn and won't do that.
They also got a letter Tues for an appointment on Weds at the eye clinic 🙄 where he was taken unwell, he already had diabetes clinic in the afternoon., Even the lady in the age uk car asked Mum if she was ok and she looked really worried as she has taken them before/
I used passata, garlic, mustard powder, worcestshire sauce, balsamic vinegar and paprika, to be honesty wasn't that tasty but was a recipe from on line.
Free electric is goodMum said last week they were £600 in credit! I said see what the next bill is then if still the same request half back and keep half towards winter , she said that's what she was going to do but she can't see how she is in credit that much.

I'm over £900 in credit and I had a refund a few months ago at my annual reconciliation. I'm just going to leave it in there and carry on paying my DD in the hopes I won't have to put the DD up too much in the winter!
Welcome home @maman. Glad you had a great holiday and enjoyed plenty of syns, LOL! No point in going on holiday if you're not going to enjoy the syns!

Welcome home @maman, glad you had a good time.
Sorry DDad isn't well @bubbs, hope he's feeling a bit brighter today for the shopping trip. Thanks for the PM - I will respond in a bit
We are only a bit in credit (£70?) but DD now £350 so hoping it doesn't rise too much more!
Have been for a short 2.5k run this morning as got up later - went a different way in an attempt to keep running, so turn downhill rather than do the gentle sloping route. Already warm out there!
We need to pack for our holiday today. I have a small whites wash to put on plus DS2 has a few bits to wash. Will go to group tomorrow morning and stay as long as I'm packed and ready
Food today:
B - grilled bacon, poached egg, 1 slice WM toast - P, 1/2 HEB
L - 2 Ryvita rye cakes, marmite, mini babybel cheese, lettuce, pickles - 1/2 HEB, HEA, S
D - Quorn cheese and broccoli escalope, SW chips, frozen mixed veg - 5.5
HEA - milk
Syns - 5.5
Have a good day all
