Never mind, I think I will be joining you @beanielou unless something drastic happens this week. Scales are showing a 3lb gain this morning. Was on plan yesterday and then DS2 bought me a fruit n nut and of course I ate it ALL! I'm in the London office today which means no extras as I'm too tight to buy anything whilst there lol.
B - overnight oats with mullerlight and fresh strawberries - HEB, 0.5, S
L - LO chicken and chorizo pasta - 1
D - spag bol courtesy of DH - should be P, and some S
HEA - milk
HEA - parmesan
Syns - hi fi bar 3 plus 1
Have a good day all xx

Morning all. That gammon looks amazing @bubbs - any hints on how to cook it? I usually do mine in the slow cooker but sometimes its still dried out. Sorry about the gain @beanielou and hope it's not as bad as the scales are showing you now @Coxy11.
Bit of an all over the place day today as have to take DH to the hospital for an appointment about his ankle but have to wait around for him as it's at a clinic that isn't easy to get to with public transport. So I have to pack up all my work stuff and hope they have a seat in their coffee shop I can use to work from, otherwise I'll be working in the car 😆
Had some ff yogurt and blueberries for breakfast, lunch is another ramen bowl (really enjoyed yesterday's one!) and then dinner is salmon with some mixed green veg and a few homegrown potatoes.
Tomorrow I'm at a conference in London which includes breakfast and lunch so hoping there are options. If not, the 7 miles of walking I'll be doing will hopefully negate that!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -
Morning all, another lovely day here.
Sorry about the gain @beanielou but I'm sure you can shift that this week. As @ruby_eskimo says @Coxy11 the scales hopefully won't be as bad as your scales are saying at the moment.
I'm still reining it in for WI tomorrow morning 🤞for being in target!
Today's plan:
B - overnight oats - HEB; S; F
L - LO chana masala, rice - P; S; F
D - Lamb neck casserole, mash - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - porridge oats
Syns - none planned
Have a good day everyone.

Morning everyone
Why is my life two steps forward and five back! DS's birthday today and relatives turned up unexpectedly last night with cake and other treats - of course I indulged

B - Kvarg 0.5 syn with strawberries and mango
L - tuna salad with pickles
D - steak, chips, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes
Have a good day all!0 -
