Woohoo Bubbs 👏 fab, I lost half a pound. Considering how I’ve been feeling all week, I’m happy with that.Went shopping after and by goodness the prices are 😳 it’s DS2’s birthday this week so bought him a few extra treats but really noticed a big jump in certain things I buy every week.
Spag bol for dinner with Parmesan and probably a couple of gin and tonics later so only 9 syns used today.0 -

Morning all, sorry I was MIA yesterday but forgot we had a friend coming for a 2nd viewing of a house she's buying near us (she used to live next door but one to us but moved away when her husband died and has regretted it ever since). I picked her up from the nearest town when I popped into Mr Ts to buy some strawberries, yoghurt and crabsticks which I forgot when I went shopping the previous day!
After we'd been to the house for her to measure up the windows we went down to her house to help her with a bit of sorting out of her shed as she wasn't able to get in it for all the junk her son had chucked in when she was ill. Anyway we got that sorted so ended up going out for dinner in the evening which she treated us to for helping her out which was really kind of her but told her it was completely unnecessary but she insisted.
Obviously syns went out the window a bit yesterday as she had also made us a chocolate fudge cake - I had a small slice which I've synced at 20 syns as I know there was plenty of chocolate in it and not just cocoa powder plus of course cream and butter! By the time we'd had 2 courses at the pub plus a couple of drink I think I was probably getting on for 40 syns yesterday! Definitely damage limitation until WI on Wednesday morning.
Well done @bubbs and @Jellybaby on your losses. Let's see if you can do it again this week coming too! Good luck for another loss for both of you.
Such a shame that the weather was unkind to you @Coxy11 while you were out and about. Enjoy the rest of your time in Warwickshire although you're probably on your way home by now.
As we didn't eat what was planned yesterday some of it will be used today! So the plan is:
B - nothing - still full up from last night's meal out
L - seafood sticks & prawn salad sandwich - HEB; S; F; 0.5
D - kedgeree with salmon and smoked haddock - P; S; F
HEA - Milk
HEB - Bread
Syns - LTL mayo 0.5
Have a good day everyone.

Hi all,
Birthday weekend so it's a been a bit hit and miss, I tried to plan around it but will see how WI goes tomorrow.
We went out for an amazing curry on Friday, we all came away saying it's the best we've ever had, I was only sorry that I couldn't physically finish the main 😆.
For my Birthday present my Husband is taking me to London next weekend so thinking I need to start planning around that too, we usually walk a lot in London but we have a more central hotel this time so likely less walking?
Food I think will be okay, and having looked at the bar prices in our Hotel we probably can't afford to over indulgeMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023
