    Morning all,

I was in London yesterday so didn't manage to get on here. Took overnight oats, fruit, lo bolognaise and a hifi with me. DH cooked SW chilli and prawn linguine for dinner, so 2 x pasta yesterday ooops. Not looking good for WI which is this morning as I'm away this weekend.

I've been for a run - a little longer again today. Was told on Saturday that you need to run a marathon to lose 1lb(!) but I find it helps to lift my mood, so I'll keep at it.

    Food today:
B - puffed blueberry wheats, FF yoghurt, blueberries - HEB, S
    L - lo gammon, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles - P, S
D - pork chops, lo new potatoes, veg (need to shop for this) - P, some S
    HEA - milk
    HEA - mini babybel light
    Syns - hi fi bar - 3

    Have a good day all.

Morning all, weather not too promising this morning.  We definitely had rain overnight but at least it's not raining now!  DH is off to play golf in a couple of hours time so I'll have a bit of time to myself so going to try and sort the money out so that I can see how much we spent in total while we were away and also how much we're got in savings attached to the bank account which we can use for MH repairs if necessary.  Not sure whether insurance will cover the repairs so best to be prepared!  I know we'll have to pay the excess - if that's all then not a problem won't need to get money out of premium bonds to pay for it

@Coxy11I wouldn't worry about having pasta twice in one day - after all it is a Free food - I often have pasta and rice on the same day so similar really.  Good luck with WI.  Where are you off to for the weekend?  Hopefully somewhere nice.

    Today's plan:

    B - scrambled eggs with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans - P; S; F
    L - Home cooked gammon sandwich with salad - P; S; F
D - Mushroom stroganoff, rice - HEA2; S; F (this will use up most of the mushrooms we got in the TGTG bag at the weekend)

    HEA1 - mik
    HEA2 - Primula light
    HEB - bread
Syns - none planned but may have some sort of cereal bar - anything from 3 - 5 syns depending on which one I have!

    Have a good day everyone.

Hope WI goes well @Coxy11 and fingers crossed your insurance cover costs @joedenise

Sunny and dry at the moment so have a load of washing on but forecast heavy rain later, we'll see how it goes.

    Today's food:
B - strawberries, nectarines and the last of the mango
L - tuna salad, 2 syns if I have salad cream
D - chilli with rice and roasted tomatoes and peppers on the side

Will keep HEXB and second A for later if hungry.  Hope everyone has a good day.

I'm back from WI with 0.5lb off this week - well not quite a week - so I'm very pleased with that.

@joedenise DSis and I are taking DMum to Stratford-upon-Avon. We have a self-catering cottage so are taking breakfast bits plus components for a SW friendly traybake or SC dish for Saturday night. Friday night we have a pub meal booked - have looked at the menu and will stay on plan. Saturday we are at Warwick Castle and have afternoon tea booked - slightly trickier to navigate!

Hope the insurers come up trumps and the MH repairs don't end up costing you.

Self catering is always so much better than hotels @Coxy11.  Glad the pub you have a meal booked at has a SW friendly menu you can choose from - that's always a bonus as a lot of them it's chips with everything!  As for the afternoon tea just do the best you can and enjoy whatever syns you have.  You can rein it back in afterwards.

    Have a great time.

    Evening all 😁

    Well done coxy 👏

Well I have had a day of it 🙈 went out this morning, took 3 boiled eggs, pear and banana, thought I'd have a nice lunch....wrong!!
Come in go loo, get shopping from car, get a drink out the fridge, turned round  and thought why is the window wet , not had rain! Went to investigate, no the whole window is shattered 😫😫
Went out asked my neighbour if she knew, the colour drained from her and she went !!!!!! must have been me, I was strimming and a stone flew up thought it hit the side of the lodge not the window 😫 straight away said she would pay for it, it's big the glass is 55"x35"!
So been on the phone hrs getting quotes for new glass.
Someone coming to look tomorrow then about 2 weeks for new glass £200 just for glass!
So had this big fry up 😋😋 3 syns for sausage and half hexb for toast

Not good @bubbs but at least neighbour is going to pay for the bone window.  Two weeks is pretty good to get the glass - if it was a double glazed unit it would probably be nearer 6 weeks; certainly was for me last year.

Hope you enjoyed your fry up!
