Good to see you posting TIE.  Life sounds quite difficult for you at the moment.  Bet you'll be glad to see the end of term!  At least you're not gaining but it's very frustrating to keep getting STS - we all like a loss even if it's only a small one!  I'm not even going back to group yet as definitely need to lose a few more lbs before I do.  I've just had the message to reregister my card so that's 4 weeks since I last went so hopefully in the next couple of weeks I'll be back in target range and will go back.

Just back from Morrisons and had a couple of pretty good Magic Bags for our money:  2 big boxes of mixed grapes; small box of black grapes, 2 boxes of organic closed cap mushrooms; 2 packs of 4 flat mushrooms; 2 boxes of small sweet peppers; 2 packs of straight to wok noodles.  There was also a pack of crumpets, 2 packs of hot cross buns; pack of tea cakes; 2 packs of red onion and chive bagels - these will keep DH going for a while!

Popped into Asda on the way back and got there just as they were doing the reductions on veg and picked up a bag of mixed leaves, some broccoli, cherry tomatoes on the vine all at 10p plus a tin of carrots 25p and pointy peppers 50p.  Had only popped in for fly spray and some garlic but at those prices couldn't leave them there!

So the fridge is full of fruit and veg and there's loads of stuff (mainly for DH) in the freezer.  Have frozen one bag of the noodles but will get them out in a few days as need noodles for planned dinner.

With that haul I've had to change my menu plan to use up some of the stuff!

    Evening all,

Those TGTG bags were a good haul @joedenise and whoop to the yellow stickered bargains too.
Good to see you @TakeItEazy - roll on end of term

I was up early (for a Sunday) as had a tip run booked. We still need to book which tbh suits me fine. I'd rather that than have to queue.

    Food today:
    B - grilled bacon, poached egg, baked beans, mushrooms - P, S
L - Bill's Hippy Bowl (visited DD in Brighton). Basically roasted butternut and beetroot, radish, blueberries(?) and mixed grains with a yoghurt dressing. Not listed on app so syns for the dressing - hopefully low.
D - crabsticks, hi fi bar - HEB
    HEA - milk
    HEA - babybel cheese

Don't feel like much more to eat today.
    Have a good evening everyone,

    Afternoon all, still lurking 🥴
Have STS last 3 weeks which is better than gaining but still 😤
Its a hectic time of year, got two residentials coming up beginning of July plus Harry Potter studios on Thursday! It will be a very long day with rubbish food but plenty of walking.
Bubbs, re pharmacy issues, with you on that!! Hubby has to fight the Drs surgery for every new med the kidney centre prescribe him then it’s lucky dip if pharmacy has it 😤.
Still long wait to see Drs, nightmare. Financially difficulties too as no longer getting paid by his company but turned down for PIP and Universal Credit. So many people leaving my school so the expectation to pay into leaving gifts and end of year ‘do’ is bringing me down.
Anyway suns shining so smile 🤗
    Appeal the PIP.

Morning all, just not feeling the SW love at the moment.  I have quite a lot of things going on and struggling with a few things and it's really confirmed that I'm an emotional eater, big time!  But I know if I don't keep with it things will be even worse so I'll keep plodding on.

@TakeItEazy I'm with Beanie, definitely appeal the PIP.

    Today's food:
    B - f/f Greek yoghurt, raspberries, strawberries
L - Pitta pocket (HEXB), smoked ham, salad, 2 syns for salad cream
    D - DS2 surprise as he's cooking!

    Have a good day everyone.

I hear you @Jellybaby. Did quite well (I thought) over the weekend but last night I munched through half a bar of Cadbury$ and have just finished the remainder off this morning along with a banana! What the heck?! I'm really tired after the weekend and have very limited speed food in so need to focus.

Will have brunch of bacon sandwich with 1tbsp brown sauce, dinner tonight is chicken and chorizo pasta. I need to get some single cream and a red pepper for this, so will top up on F&V when I go at lunchtime. Syns off the chart today.

More painting tonight - need to give the walls in the spare room another coat then can start moving the furniture back tomorrow.

Will be away this weekend with DMum and DSis so will weigh in on Thursday morning at another group. Will just weigh and go though as it's in the morning.

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all (just!)  Popping in quickly between calls to update that I lost 1lb this week which is a miracle since we went to a friend's for dinner on Friday night and then I was out at book club Saturday and DH treated me to brunch out yesterday.

Went for a "run" this morning (seriously, I can walk faster than I "run") and managed to complete week 7 of C25K (25 minutes non-stop running) so pleased with that.  Had 2 boiled eggs with fresh pineapple, strawberries and blueberries for breakfast, lunch is going to be a tuna salad and dinner is pulled pork with macaroni cheese and coleslaw.  Have some whole meal baps to have with dinner but might be too much carbs with the mac and cheese too, will see how I feel.

Hugs to those that need them and hope you all have a good day!

Afternoon all, no idea where this morning has gone!  Haven't done much other than trying to sort out the money we've spent whilst away and juggling money around to make sure there's enough for all the bills on 1 July!  Once we've been to Iceland tomorrow I'm going to make a Fresh Start with YNAB and the figures seem to be all over the place and I can't seem to get it to balance so think it will be easier to just start again but definitely easier to do once tomorrow's shopping is out of the way and I can see how much is in each account and how much each CC is (all paid in full every month).

Apart from that all I've done is stripped the bed and washed the bedding.  Still need to remake the bed but that can wait until DH gets home from golf.  Just realised I've not had lunch yet so may well do that shortly as definitely beginning to feel hungry.

    Today's plan:

    B - Welsh rarebit - HEB; HEA2; P; F
    L - HM scotch egg; salad - P; S; F
    D - Bacon, Egg, Chips, beans, mushrooms - P; S; F; 4.5

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - frozen chips 4.5

Hope everyone is having a good day.
