Well done Ruby on the running, C25K is excellent! I'm a huge fan of Park Run too, I'm such a slow runner too but everyone is always really nice and encouraging.
WI tonight 2lb off for me DD stayed the same, being really good the next 4 days as damage limitation on the birthday weekend do not want to lose the new front number gained today!

Just been for a little run. Went a bit further today - 3.5k - planning to go again on Thursday.
