B - overnight oats, mullerlight, cherries - HEB, 0.5
L - LO chilli con carne with rice, strawbs, grapes, blueberries - P, S
D - Linda McC chorizo and red pepper sausages, golden savoury rice, broccoli, green beans, carrots - 2, S
HEA - milk
HEA - mini babybel light
Syns - hi fi bar 3 plus 2.5, so 5.5 total

Morning folks, I love a wee impromptu take away, glad you enjoyed Bubbs.

I had the day from hell yesterday, all work related pain, and it's made me realise more than ever I really do want to retire early! Of course the knock on effect was that I ate everything in sight last night  and got up this morning feeling yuk and so angry with myself.  It's done and I will move on but just blah!

Today's food:
B - 45g bran flakes HEXB, f/f Greek yoghurt, strawberries, coffee throughout the day HEXA1
L - lentil soup
D - pasta with a chorizo, bacon and chilli sauce (think about 4 syns for my share of chorizo but it's a chuck in what you have and use up type of sauce), parmesan HEXA2

Hoping Maman got away ok.

Jelly i did

Today i had no breakfast 🙈 chicken thighs, mini cucumbers, tomatoes and pickled onions at lunch time. Then i had a bliss bar 5 syns
Tea i have had prawn cocktail on a small jacket, 3 syns for mayo, i used half mayo half ff greek yog and tom puree, salad . Left half the jacket as full up!

So hot today - I was in the office but managed a walk at lunchtime. Really enjoyed the Linda McC chorizo and red pepper sausages for tea. 1 syn each and yummy. 

Going to take my HEA Babybel to to cinema for my snack 🤣
