Morning all. Well done on the loss @beanielou and I'm sure the odd off plan thing here and there won't matter too much @maman before you go away, being MSE is probably more important 👍
Decided to get an early start with work today as I don't have any meetings and can just get stuff done. Had ff yogurt and bluberries for breakfast, lunch is another salad bowl and then dinner is going to be a cheats version of pollo pesto pasta from Pizza Express. Hoping to get another workout in after work and then relax for the rest of the evening.
Hope you all have a good day.Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -
Morning everyone,
Nice sunny start here. I have a Morries delivery coming between 3 and 4 today. That's the 3rd delivery on the trot as I just haven't had the time or inclination to go shopping on a weekend. Until it comes, I have only black grapes and a couple of bananas to see me through plus a few cherry toms and some lettuce in the garden.
Food today:
B - Blueberry puffed wheats, mullerlight, banana - HEB, 0.5
L - Grapes, cheese omelette, salad leaves, cherry toms - HEA, S
D - SW chicken tikka masala and rice
HEA - milk
Syns - hi fi bar 3 plus 0.5 so 3.5 total
Have a good day all,

I've not been sleeping well lately so now on my second coffee but feeling tired and grumpy (could also be time of the month but as that's gone awol again - and I hope for good this time - who knows!).
Today's@maman
B - f/f Greek yoghurt, nectarines and strawberries
L - lentil soup
D - veggie chilli with rice and side salad
Have a good day everyone!

Well done on your loss and your 3stone @annabanana82.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I do hope your DD recovers quickly.
Thanks for the good wishes. Today will be my last completely on plan day although I know I'll be eating loads of lean meats, fish, salads and vegetables in the coming weeks. It's the other stuff! 🤣
I was going to buy a Pret salad or a Subway salad bowl when I was out but read @Jellybaby's post and remembered I had a portion of chilli in the freezer. Loads of Speed in that as well as the pulses.
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, fried eggs, bacon (P)
L- JP (F), veggie chilli (P,S)
D- sausage, SW chips (F), remaining veg (S)
Syns- Aldi skinny sausages 11 -
Thanks everyone

Will look at it at some point.

Morries ordered arrived and I'd forgotten to order chicken breasts which given we were having SW tikka masala tonight, they were pretty crucial. Dispatched DH down to Ts to get them and he buys a 2 pack - there are 3 of us and DS2 eats A LOT! Honestly! It was very spicy this time around, but still very tasty. Also cooked a naan to go with, so some syns there.
Just getting overnight oats ready for my day in the office tomorrow. Will take LO chilli con carne for lunch, plus a big pot of fruit. Hifi for the train home - my little treat whilst reading my book.
