Wow @bubbs - 10 1/2lbs loss - that's incredible. Think the most at my group was the lady who gave birth and returned the following week 18lb lighter!
DMum's 80th bday today so off to DSis's later for an afternoon tea. I made mini pavlovas, choc fudge brownie bites and cheese pinwheels yesterday. My back is killing me, so some pain relief will be needed to make it through the day. Lovely sunny day here.
Food will be mainly beige and sugary but I'm having breakfast of puffed fruit wheaties with a little milk. Back on the wagon tomorrow.
