Lol about the BBQ sauce!
So yesterday was mixed.... good to see my niece and nephews plus partners and the weather was amazing. DS1s gf has bad endo so ended up staying home which was fine with everyone except DMum who made a nasty comment. The GKs had clubbed together to buy a gift for DMum and she was very underwhelmed - at least that's what her face said! We gave her a bag of goodies plus will take her away for a weekend. The present that got the biggest smile was a primarni tshirt with a yorkie on it (she has a yorkie). That weekend away is going to be challenging...!
I ate beige and sugar - scales not showing any difference yet, so now back on the wagon for this week.
Food today:
B - poached egg, 1 x WM toast, mushrooms - P, 1/2 HEB, S
L - Batchelors pasta n sauce (chicken and mushroom), salad leaves, tomatoes - 0.5
D - Turkey meatballs, arrabiata sauce, spaghetti, parmesan - P, S, HEA
HEA - milk
1/2 HEB - hi fi bar
Syns - 0.5
Have a good day all,
Coxy

Morning all. Well done to all the losers this week (wish chocolate worked for me like that @bubbs!). Don't get me started on pharmacies, the number of times we've had issues with DH's epilepsy meds at a well known high street chemist. Luckily we now use the local independent one who are efficient but customer service is not one of their priorities 😆 Well done to your DS @beanielou on his exam. Oh dear @Coxy11, hope the weekend away isn't too challenging!
Had a productive weekend and managed to get a bunch of stuff sorted in the house and decluttered a few things and rewarded myself with a trip to see the new Jurassic World film; there are a lot of references to the original Jurassic Park and it seemed like DH and I were the only ones who were getting them in our screening 😏 Have changed up my routine now the weather is getting warmer so went for a run this morning - still was a bit of a struggle but at least it was only 10 degrees! Had ff yogurt and bluberries with a couple of boiled eggs afterwards. Lunches this week are salad bowls and then dinner tonight is just a bolognese. Oh and it's star week this week so haven't weighed in as it would just be a false reading, and on that note going to make some peppermint tea and get cracking with some more work.

Shame that parties always seem to involve beige food @Coxy11, but as you said you have the best part of a week to claw that back.
It was like that at the theatre production I went to last week @ruby_eskimo. I wanted to laugh out loud at the many references to politicians telling the truth (or not) in the play but there was silence all around me. I don't think it was that they didn't get it, more the politics of the area. 🤣
I'm still trying to stay on plan despite running down all the fresh food. Not sure about dinner tonight as DH is out and I'll be out before he gets back.
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk, bacon, eggs (P), baked beans (F)
L- cold chicken (P), 1 potato (F), veg hash and beetroot (S)
D- tbc
Syns- hopefully none0 -
