    Afternoon all D

    I am exhausted 🙄

Took mum and dad shopping and...........

I totally flipped my lid today in the pharmacy 😱 went to get Dad's prescriptions waited half hr then they said it had not been printed out,i said why not you have had since a week last WEDS!
We are just going to do it, i said you do have it don't you as they are his injections for his blood clot, oh yes we have it, ok says me we need to go over the doctors i'll call back.
Go doctors in there about 20-25 mins, go back, stand there like a t!t THEN she comes to tell me they don't even have any 🤬🤬 if i could come back about 5.30!! i said no i can't come back about 5.30 i have brought my parents shopping and to pick prescriptions up and have to be back to pick my husband up from work!
Well there is nothing we can do 🤬
I then flipped and said if he dies from the clot i will be coming back to blame them as he needs the jabs every day and now had none
Mum had hobbled into the pharmacy by this time and was really upset
I just said give me the prescription's back and i will try and get them elsewhere. I said to mum even if i have to come back here go round all the chemists i would find them.

Luckily we went into another one and a completely different experience and lovely people, they could not believe what happened when i told them

This is the 2nd time in a month i have had problems in there, so this has finally convinced mum to let me do them online as there is so much to get each month and have them delivered

But tell you what dad never complains, when we came out of Morrisons he was wobbly and i said what's the matter, he said nothing just my legs hurt :( When we got back home i said go in and sit down ,i'll bring the shopping in, there he was huffing and puffing with his head in his hands, again i said what's the matter? Nothing he says i am ok 🙄i said to Mum he never ever complains.

I was starving and ate a yoghurt when picking DH up, 2 syns from lidl.

Now trying to unwind with my 3rd cuppa!

Oh Bubbs that’s an awful experience.  As well as doing them online, I hope you can change the pharmacy x

Yes we will change to the one we got it from today i spoke to them and asked if they delivered to the village and they said yes but don't have many patients there so the only problem would be if there was an emergency prescription but she said obviously you would see a doctor so just ask for the green printed out one and you can go where you want or they are open 7am-10pm 😱

What a performance @bubbs. I hope you've calmed down a bit now. We've had similar issues with the pharmacy next door to our GP's surgery. Although I had sympathy with the women who were having problems getting hold of their HRT prescriptions the other week, the government didn't seem to realise that there are much more widespread problems with supply than just one medication.

Many congratulations to your DS @beanielou. That's a weight off your mind. No excuse for synning now! Other than to celebrate perhaps. 🤔🤣

You'll get back to SW when all the celebrations are over @Coxy11, just try to make wise choices when you can.

The play we saw was called Dead Lies.
    Dead Lies - Dead Lies
It was postponed from last year and they'd obviously updated the script. I thought the acting was a bit wooden but the storyline was really apt. We met up with friends so enjoyed that too. 😊

I did a small shop this afternoon to see us through for the next few days. I bought some Ryvita to take with me as, if I have that with breakfast in our apartment, it'll help me cut down on the bread. I added some yogurt to the seafood sauce at lunchtime as I was eking out the last of the mayo and didn't want to open another. I stocked up on the LTL mayo with my Ocado order as it was on offer.

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk, fried egg, bacon (P), baked beans (F)
    L- JP (F), prawns (P), beetroot and tomato (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F) green stuff, tomato, mushrooms (S)
    Syns - LTL mayo 0.5, weekend wine😊
