Afternoon all, I am still around just not often had internet. Have had a quick read but not really taken much in😂.
Well done all the losers and brilliant @bubbs on your loss today.
Things not too good here as DH managed to hit one of those rising bollards on way into car park, a fair bit of damage done to front of motorhome. Now waiting for breakdown to come on Monday to take the van and us to a garage and find out if they can repair or not.
Won’t know until then whether they will put us up in a hotel or get us home!
Am going to make sweet and sour chicken and rice for dinner tonight. Trying to use up as much fresh stuff as possible otherwise it’s going to have to be binned and I hate food waste!
Will try to get back on once I know what’s happening!

Oh no @joedenise, fingers crossed the damage looks worse than it is and the garage will be able to repair quickly. Main thing is you are both OK albeit it will be stressful.
Fab! @bubbs 👏👏 that’s a good loss and @Coxy11 you didn’t do any damage so well done too. I had a wee half pound off, was hoping for more but it takes me to the next stone. One more to go.
Aldi only had mushroom burgers today, beetroot were all gone so they must be good. Got strawberries from Farmfoods and they are huge but no raspberries in.
Only had ham salad and coffee at mums so far today. DS is treating us to a take away later and I’ll probably have chicken tikka kebab which comes in a pitta with salad. Syns for any oil used in cooking and the glass of wine I’m definitely having 😁1 -
Thanks everyone, was chuffed, had the Chinese this week and a bit of chocolate 🤣
Coxy that's ok and well done Jelly
Denise, sorry to hear that and hope it can be fixed at not to much cost.
My consultant has covid and been off all week, no other consultant would cover for her 😱 Area manager said shut for the week or get someone from social team to do it !! Anyway someone from ST has done all her 9 groups for her and she did so well, but i am damn sure i wouldn't have done it!
One of the ST that weighs has been struggling, she lost both parents last 2 years and has started a new job 4 weeks ago and exhausted, she is the most nice person you could meet, anyhow as we were doing IT, The stand in consultant as we were going round asked like our consultant does and she said i am exhausted when i get in and can't be bothered what quick things can i do?
This woman WHO WAS A VISITOR to our group, pipes up, "that's just sheer laziness, i don't get home till 8/9 some nights and how long does it take to chop a bit of salad" well there has been outrage on our fb page and consultant did a video saying this sort of behaviour will NOT be tolerated we are all there for support. I could not believe this woman said something and wish i'd piped up now 😳 I said to my friend Julie at the time that was very harshand soon as we got back Julie put a post up saying we are all rooting for this lady.
I mean how dare she say that?
On a lighter note, someone lost 10lb!! she is only tiny anyway and last week she weighed and had literally just come back from Turkey and had put 5lb on and couldn't understand it as had eaten really healthy , i said to her bet it was fluid and it must have been but she was chuffed as would i have beenSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -

My consultant is on holiday next week and we’re getting our old consultant back. I’m terrified of her so on it 😂. No way should social team stand in IMO.1

The beetroot burgers from Aldi are 5 syns each on the app but think I’ll try and get some tomorrow as I’m back through for mum’s birthday. They’re in my head now 😂. Chicken kebab was delicious, didn’t eat all pitta but loads of veg and salad.0
