Yep.
Tell us if you get a court claim. That's not a CCJ!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Fruitcake Sorry the court letter I meant. Indeed I do, I'm yet to fully read through the newbies page!0

You really need to understand the court process. If it does result in the PPC making a claim then you need to be on top of it. That said it appears that you have a lot in your favour.
If you ignore letters because you think that you are in the right the PPC can win at court by default and you could end up with a CCJ. A CCJ takes a lot of unravelling as I have aready mentioned.
The letters from the debt collectors will also be useful if the claim does escalate to court stage as you may want to claim costs for unreasonable behaviour as keepcalm did.

In this business, that is bit like trying to build a flatpack without looking at the instructions. To win at court you need to be really clued up and know which hoop is next, and when to jump through it .WesAslan said:@Fruitcake Sorry the court letter I meant. Meh received another ticket even though the parking firm are now aware of the evidence! Clearly some neighbour is being incredibly selfish, I'm sick and tired of dealing with these seriously... It's just making my anxiety flare up.
Is it worth I appeal to the case immediately and take it to the IPC as we have extraordinary evidence with my case, 1. the land is not within their jurisdiction and 2. it is clear form evidence by the council that the road is adopted by London Borough of Enfield and in fact a public road and maintained at public expense.
I messaged the DVLA again regarding the KADOE contract between them and the PPC.
I emailed the Mayor of London and Highways England which are both consistently stating this is in fact the responsibility of the local council... however the cancel fails to understand this, they say there are no yellow lines... none of the side roads here have yellow lines it's absolutely ridiculous, I've sent the list of adopted roads to them and it was to dense of an information for them to comprehend.. literally, they stated "this document contains both public and private roads"... without noticing that clare court, EN3 was actually under adopted public highways starting from page 4, and private roads start from page 208
)
My vehicle is actually still parked on the same spot where it received the ticket yesterday. Shall I continue to leave the vehicle there and get ticket on ticket...
If I'm wrong, I'm wrong... and I'll pay and not park there no problem but I believe I'm correct, the evidence actually proves my case too and being pushed over makes me feel very uncomfortable, in addition, Its not like i'm nuisance parking in front of someones drive or blocking the road or even parking in front of their garages or within their bays... I'm not even within their land for gods sake.
How can they (council and parking firm) ask me to pursue a 100 quid ticket via spending thousands on legal advice, obviously that doesn't make sense cost/benefit wise, I also cant afford it literally! How am I supposed to prove whether Her Majesty's Land Registry is correct, how does one even go by this...
Thnx

PS. It goes without saying but the IPC code of conduct is all based on the land being privately owned. This point may enable for me to complain to them, obviously after first complaining to the PPC.0

Appeal each ticket using the template in blue text. Send it unaltered from the keeper save for a one liner that the land is not private, but is in fact a public adopted road.
Appeal each rejected ticket to the IAS, adding proof that the land is public, not private.
Complain to your MP every time you get a ticket.
Complain to the DVLA every time you get a ticket. Complain to the ICO about the PPC obtaining and processing your data every time you get a ticket. Complain to the ICO about the DVLA selling your data without reason every time you get a ticket.

Thanks a lot for the reply, I'll do them immediately. Shall I include the PDT machine, grace period stuff too? The allegation was failed to display valid permit. Also shall I include the evidence link from the council showing the road is public and the land registry?Fruitcake said:Appeal each ticket using the template in blue text. You can't complain to the IPC unless you have raised a complaint (not just appeal) with the PPC first. So do that SEPARATELY on a separate letter marked FORMAL COMPLAINT BEFORE RAISING A COMPLAINT TO THE IPC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

"The allegation was failed to display valid permit."
You are not required to display a valid permit as you are not parked on their car park but on a public adopted road.
