@Snakes_Belly Do you work for MI6? 😅 The council wasn't even sure and didn't know where to look...

So it for sure is public road right, it was obvious from the fact that it had no road markings and signs on the side I was parked!

No one parks on their bays or around their garages, especially me, I would never nuisance park... It's literally one of the most annoying things!

So I should send this to the council and that would confirm it's a matter within their comcern and not a civil matter.

It would make me really really happy if they issue a fine for the private parking firm or the land owners, as I know several people who've paid tickets there because they were intimidated by the bureaucracy!

    ❤️❤️

You could try the Council, but if they are as useless as ours you will not get far. Ours spends more time and effort trying to duck responsibility than to provide a service.

However, on the brighter side you seem to have what you need to fight these people

They can and should stop the PPC from ticketing there.  If I were you, I'd ask your MP to lend weight to your complaint & evidence to the Council and the PPC.  Your complaint will be taken more seriously.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

Clare Court is not a private road it is publicly maintained. It is on the first list of public roads and highways page (43).

There are no double yellow lines.

Ha, and you say I'm the one with attention to detail.  ;)

Have any of the letters been a Letter before Claim (LBC)? If you do receive one you will need to respond.

It does sound as if they are just sabre rattling however you need to be aware that they may instigate court action.  It would be a very bad move on their part.

Perhaps the OP should get the revenge in first (as it were) and raise a claim against the PPC for breach of GDPR and unlawful collection of the OP's personal data? :)

Yes, send a shot across the bow.

I received letters from some law firm and debt collection company (I didn't respond to any of them), it kept saying last chance... respond within 2 weeks or you will face court action or some crap in that manner, however nothing really happened and they kept sending the same rubbish. It's been a while now and I haven't received anything new.
