jewelly said:I never received any interest in my savings account on1st May. When I went into the account it states 0% interest but I thought it was supposed to be 1.5%. It’s the account with the piggy bank icon. Anybody know what has gone wrong? I’ve tried messaging them, but no reply so far. I’m very disappointed as I have moved a lot of savings into there from other accounts.

Below that, savings did not rename and just below 1.5% AER
Then Another one called cashback 1.5% AER.
Did you set up a second current account instead of a savings account.0 -

I don’t appear to have received any cashback on my April spending account either. I will try ringing them tomorrow.0 -
I only have 2 accounts, the spending account (Current account) and the Savings account. Mine shows 1.5% under savings. I too don't have a 3rd Cashback 1.5%.
I didn't enabled the rounding up of money etc, I said not now to that for now. If i start to use it then I'll enable it but atm I'm just working out where i can and cannot use the card to get the cash back. For my day to day spending i wouldn't get back that much tbh, I had a quick look and for lunches I'd maybe get back £1 each month. But if I could get the cash back on things like fuel, parking etc then I will work out what that will be and may then be worth using the spending account and putting some money in it.
Thanks

I cannot see a cash back account at 1.5% either.
I need to swipe to the bottom of the home page to see “My Rewards” which is where they put the 1% on my debit card spend.2 -
If you are abroad and using your chase account to pay for thing, I’m enquiring regarding Apple Pay rather than the physical card, does your phone actually use any physical data to make the Apple payment? Not in the hotel say where you would probably be connected to Wi-Fi but more like out and about where you would be picking up a 3G or 4G signal from whatever provider is close…. Just wondering if this could rack up an unexpected bill using data whilst abroad0

It looks like Bigwheels has opened two savings accounts and named one of them "Cashback". The My Rewards account (which holds cashback earned from the 1% debit card cashback offer) does not pay interest and is not included in the list of accounts at the top. The 1.5% savings account will always display 1.5% AER underneath it, while the current account does not display a rate because there is no interest payable. The Round-up account if activated will display 5% AER under it.
