Opened the current account this morning and have created about 6 pots from my emergency fund to holiday money.
Account was really easy to open, I couldn't do transfers for the first 15 minutes as the app was being silly but after that it was smooth. Left a £1 in Marcus,0 -

Chase could have a flood of new customers, but would still be only a small % share of the market and probably will not take that long before you find that their market leading rates are not market leading anymore.( although will presumably be still ahead of the high st banks )2 -
Opened savings account this a.m. with instant response and new account number.Two separate 4 figure investments made with again instant receipt confirmation by text on smartphone.Even if the rate only lasts for 12 months, this is a simple way of managing excess funds and receiving a monthly income.Since opening current account last October, have been very impressed with Chase and the app which I find intuitive and easy to navigate0

Opened my account with no problems - took 20 minutes for them to complete the verification checks for the initial current account. I then was able to open the savings account and a test £1 transaction arrived there 20 minutes later. Larger transaction then took 40 minutes to clear. I’ve reached my daily transfer limit from Virgin now, so will transfer the remaining money tomorrow.0

Yup, I'm having tonnes of issues too. After a load of upload difficulties, I am still awaiting approval which I'm guessing is a manual process. 4 hours so far. I suspect they got inundated today. Happy to be patient for what looks like a market smashing rate.

I know it's not hugely helpful to say this but I have a OnePlus Nord phone with Android 11 and the app installed OK so it might not be the OS. Can you at least see it in Google Play?
