and you can have 10 of them, so good for pots of money with more decent interest than other pots of money challenger bank apps.

Looks like you need a current account but still worth considering for the 1% cashback.

To open a Chase saver account, you'll first need to bank with Chase – that means holding a current account with us.

Once you're a customer, you can open and manage your Chase saver account in the Chase app. You can get help with making payments from our Support Team, if you need it.

    • You don't need a minimum deposit to open this account
    • You can have up to 10 saver accounts with us at any one time
    • Once your balance across all saver accounts reaches £250,000, you won't be able to pay in any more, but you'll still earn interest

Not an issue, as they don't even do a hard credit check. You do, however, need photo ID. As you say, well worth for the 1% cashback, anyway, and the 1.5% on instant access is market leading by a country mile.

Current account looks decent to just pay for food, fuel and other local shop bought stuff and get 1% cash back, would leave standing orders, DD’s etc with my Santander account.
Also ditch Marcus for the 1.5% saver, little wins but think I’ll leave the big chunk of savings in PB’s for the thrill!
    Cheers, Stu

    That was painless! 😁

So, just put a pound in each account to make sure all OK.

I've just recently opened up a Virgin Saver with £25K in at 1% and an Atom one with £30K in at 0.90%

So, should I just put all 55K into this bad boy from the off?

Can i keep both the Virgin & Atom accounts open with a 0 balance, just incase they increase again?

    Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have personal experience of Chase ? Their Trustpilot reviews seem like a 'mixed bag', to put it politely !
