If it is a multiple retail area it might be worth trying to find out who the agent is and complaining to them.3

Where exactly is this car park?2

Would that be the real estate agent? According to Google, that might be Nuveen Real Estate (I say 'might' because some of the info I found listed shops that are no longer there, but I can't find reference to anyone else). They're a massive company though. I'd have no idea what to say and where to direct my query!0

Yes try them. Ideas for what to say are in 'Successful complaints about PPCs' which is the first link in the first post of the NEWBIES thread.
As for the claim, defend that the same as the first one, but add in the usual stuff for 'two claims' cases, about
cause of action estoppel Henderson v Henderson (search the forum!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I believe I have found the right info, but I cannot post links. I found a PDF brochure for Riverside Retail park Norwich. Nuveen and Morgan Williams run it, I think.
Thank you - I'll have look at the Newbies thread for that info.
So Coupon-mad, I don't try to somehow merge these two cases into one? They won't do that to save time or anything?!

Apologies, I just searched what you told me to search and realise that answers my question! Sorry, typing and cooking dinner at the same time!1

I have emailed H&M, Matalan and Costa to ask for their help. I also emailed the agent with the details I found online. As and when I go back to Riverside, I will look for the details on the sign as you suggested, @KeithP, to make sure I emailed the right person!! Unfortunately I don't think I can email Mothercare or Outfit.
When writing the email, a few things occurred to me regarding what I was going through at the time the parking charges were issued, and I wonder if you guys could tell me if that would make any difference when it gets to the witness stage, or even to mention in my defence? They're personal issues that I'd prefer not to go into on a public forum unless you need me to tell you in order for you to help me.0 -
@Coupon-mad, I searched the forum and found your defence about the Cause of Action estoppel. Upon reading it through, I just wanted to ask - will the PPC not be given any understanding from the court for the fact that the two claims are in different names, which I guess must have led to the error? Or will it have been expected of them to have figured this out, considering the forename is the same, the car is the same, and the address is the same?
I don't know how they actually got my current address tbh, since my logbook is in my mum's address, where I was living at the time (because of my divorce). Having said that, since they have got my correct address, how come they didn't get the name right?0
