The PPC has wasted your time, now waste theirs, read this

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and assisting us to raise standards within the private parking sector.
You got it today ? BUT ,,, April Fools day was on friday ?
More like standards raised to the ground ..... such a huge failure has led to the new code of practice

I'm disappointed not to see Sara deal with the glaring fact that the hybrid 'postal notice' gives the recipient no way to appeal at all.
Never mind if it was a 'PCN' or a 'NTK' (who cares about that, BPA?!) why no info about how to appeal?
The response is somewhat gobbledegook. But at least they cancelled it, as we said they might, once the BPA investigated. Pleased it worked, by hook or by crook!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
