Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and assisting us to raise standards within the private parking sector.

You got it today ?  BUT ,,, April Fools day was on friday ?

More like standards raised to the ground ..... such a huge failure has led to the new code of practice

Notice to vehicle?! Are they now sentient beings, with their own data rights, ability to pay, and to argue their case? I know that electric vehicles are a big step forward but a notice to vehicle suggests human- mechanical hybrid.  Do the PPCs have inside intelligence of a key new development? Humdinger

I'm disappointed not to see Sara deal with the glaring fact that the hybrid  'postal notice' gives the recipient no way to appeal at all.

Never mind if it was a 'PCN' or a 'NTK' (who cares about that, BPA?!) why no info about how to appeal?

The response is somewhat gobbledegook.  But at least they cancelled it, as we said they might, once the BPA investigated.  Pleased it worked, by hook or by crook!
I am so grateful to you C-m for providing me with the complaint letter wording. Without you and the others who helped me along the way, I know I would have given up almost at the outset.
