Many thanks all for your advice. Just so I’ve got it straight in my mind, I’ve to send an SAR (using the LegalBeagles letter template in the Newbies thread and requesting all photos, all letters sent, all data held etc?) then when they send a NTK, I should appeal this. Le_Kirk mentioned earlier to also send a”whilst I deny any debt…..” letter but shouldn’t this be sent to their solicitors? I don’t know who they are at this point.

None of this changes the advice in the NEWBIES thread to send the standard appeal.
Do you mean the standard appeal that I’ve to send after I receive a NTK? Sorry, I’m getting confused again 🤦‍♀️

I would suggest that you don't need to sent that 'whilst I deny any debt' letter.
That follows a Letter of Claim and you are nowhere near that stage in the process yet.

I received a Parking Charge Notice dated 8th March 2022 in the post yesterday...

That is a NTK and the NEWBIES thread tells everyone that.  It's simply the first letter.

Right, so I send the standard appeal at the same time as the SAR? I think I’ll do it all tomorrow when my brain’s working a little better!

I don't know why you need to do a SAR at early appeal stage?  That's not in the NEWBIES thread.

I suggested sending an SAR to flush out the NTD.
I married my cousin. I had to...

Final question for the night…What’s an NTD? I can’t see it in the list of acronyms. Notice to Driver?
