Thank you all for your good wishes. Mentally I am still 20 and find it hard to think I am 70.

If I am really not well he can do himself a fry up or similar but that is his limit. I am convinced it is wont rather than cant because he cooks if I am away for a day or two although this hasnt happened for a long while. He has not cooked anything for me for at least 30 years. Without wishing to make eveyone think he is an awful person I have to say he is basically bone idle and he admits to this but does nothing to change it. To be fair to him it is my fault in that I rarely ask him to do amything because quite honestly it is too exhausting and frustrating because it takes him ages to get around to things and then works so slowly it drives me nuts. When we decorated the loung he would put up two pieces of wallpaper at a time and then had to have a rest.He is not all bad but he is a one off.Onto today, a parcel posted this morning, take some more books to the charity shop and get some milk. Missed the bus on the way home as he left 5 minutes early so fired off a complaint to fist bus while I waited for the next one. Took Bear out for his weekly off lead run which he enjoyed. We packed up slightly early as he appeared to have had enough and just as Mr LH put him in the car the heavens opened. It has rained on and off since so no watering for me tonight Yesterday I did get the shrubs from next door cut back and put the strawberry runners into pots ready for my dd when they have rooted. I will have to go to the PO again tomorrow to post another parcel as it wasnt paid for before I left this morning.I think thats me for today. Have a peaceful night.3
