Bizarrely I’ve seen an old bloke with very reduced mobility and sticks near us ‘walking’ his dog each day, bless him he only goes about 300 yds but he manages it twice a day.  Luckily it’s a small dog so happy with it.  People have offered to help but it gives him something to get out for.

I really hope the house saga is over soon!

    Evening all

We went for a walk today to find an old apple tree on what was an orchard (where we walked Bear) had come down. A few year ago the local teenagers tried to burn it down and it was hollow most of the way up and down the trunk. It still produced loads of apples unti this year when only part of it had leaves and apples. Now it has fallen about 6foot up the trunk. It was really sad to see it as the trees here are very old. It may sound silly but it made us wonder if it was a sign we should move after watching it for so many years.

3 parcels posted and bids on two items, one of which ends tomorrow.

I banged my toe on the edge of the shower this morning and lookes down to find blood heading towards the drain hole. It is a bit sore but I put a plaster on it and hoped for the best. I will find out if that was enough when I go to bed.

Forgot to pick up my prescription today so will have to out in the morning.

    Have a good evening.

Seeing that as a sign that you should move doesn’t sound silly at all. How would Mr LH cope with a house move?

It was him that came up with the idea but I am not sure as he doesn't really do change.

Signs are there to be seen and interpreted according to one's needs. Where would you both like to go?
Hope the toe is okay today

We would stay local to where we are now. There are some houses very near us that we would love. Unfortunately they very rarely come up for sale and tend to pass down families. I think a bungalow would be better but there are many round here that are big enough. We like to spread or at least Mr LH does. He has 2 bedrooms plus stuff all over the rest of the house. I sometimes feel I am being squeezed out.

My toe doesnt feel too bad today thank you.

Hope you manage to convince Mr LH to go to the festival.

I feel your pain on the stuff everywhere and feeling squeezed out!
