Yes I had blood tests, spirometry, ecg and chest Xray. The only thing they came up with, other than my weight is that I have a very slow resting heart rate but since I dont get dizzy that was ignored

As you know, @ladyholly, my Mum had myaesthenia. She was diagnosed with it aged 65. She was put on a medication regime which controlled it very well (it never got any worse) & as long as she didn't try to do too much in a day or walk long (for her) distances without a rest, she managed it well. She was on a steroid which she had to take every other day, the dose being lowered or raised as required, but not to the degree that she gained weight. She always used to say her breathing was much better on a 'steroid day' because the muscles around her lungs were supported. I have no specialist medical knowledge of the condition, but am really just saying I know from experience of being out & about with Mum, that it can definitely affect breathing. I really tried to encourage them to apply for a blue badge so Dad could park nearer to the shops, but she wouldn't hear of it because there were plenty of people worse off than her, grrrrr.....though from your experience, they might not have got one anyway.

FMy gp says he has never heard of myasthenia causing breathing prolems but I do wonder how much he knows about it anyway as it is a rare condition. I did enlighten him!

Evening all3 loads of washing done today and have put away what is dry. One load was bed linen as I changed it first thing this morning.Kitchen and bathroom cleaned mainly using white venegar or washing up liquid.Lounge ha been dusted and hoovered.Completed a shopping list for Mr LHs festival food which I will do in the morning as I have to post a parcel which has just bee paid for after the auction ending on Sunday. Rhetorical question - why do people think it is accetable to bid/ order things and then take days to pay with no communication even if your send a polite message reminding them to pay.Meter readings sent.I have finished my latest book and will start a new one later.Have a good evening.4

Agh, thats infuriating. I personally think ebay should take the money from them, if you bid on something you must want it so why its not automatic is beyond me. Would be more convenient for everyone 🤔

Evening allBeen awol for a couple of days as there was nothing special to report.I have, however made up for it today. Morning started at the sm at just gone 8am when they opened.Made a container full of mince pies on return home. Dont ask. I need to make a Victoria sponge tomeorrow. Both are for Mr LH to take to the festival on Wednesday.Got all Mr LHs stuff out for the festival. I have to do it as he hasnt got a clue where it all is. Put cover on spare quilt for him to take.Hoovered the lounge while Mr LH took Bear out. I didnt go as it had been raining and I thought it was time he did something useful.Hoovered the inside of the car as it was full full of dog hair and I didnt think sleeping with it while he is away would be that healthy.Bank account checked and some money moved to different account ready to give my friend from the sale of her stuff.Ebay Parcel wrapped ready for tomorrow. thare are two others that need wrapping so that is a job for tomorrow. Mr LH has offered to take me and the parcel to the PO tomorrow. The garage door has been fitted so we no longer have to crawl into the garage. I was convinced they wouldnt turn up but they did although a bit later than I was expecting. I wonder how long I will have to wait fot all the stuff to be put back into the garage,No need to water as it has rained today. I will have to go to the sm again tomorrow as mr LH has come up with more stuff he wants to take.I think that was more than enough for today as I am now very tired and achey. Roll on bedtime.Have a good evening.2
